- guitar guy replies to JimH| 2 repliesThanks for The very incorrect statement about bvtm. We are legitimate, we don't ask for credit cards, and we respect the dnc. If you have a problem it's a pretty easy solution. Call the 3500 and ask to be placed on the do not call list. bam. It's done.
- anon replies to guitar guyWRONG. If someone is already on the DNC list, you must abide by that. There's no "we technically don't have to take you off the list..."
- Annoyed replies to guitar guy| 1 replyGo f yourself. If you make your living by bothering people with nonsense, what do you think people are goign to say? Get a real job with some real skills.

- AnonymousReceive 1 calls from 785.799.3900 today and both times no one was there. Who is this and why do they keep calling?
- John E. B. Goode replies to PZSmall price to pay. Lady answered after only 3 rings, no automation and she couldn't have been friendlier. Took all of about 60 seconds and there is the instant satisfaction of knowing that someone actually heard me say I wanted to be taken off their list whereas with an email, you can never be sure anyone actually saw it much less took action on it. Thanks for the phone number to whomever posted it.
- Mental DrowGot my first call from them today (Blue Valley Telemarketing 785-799-3900). Looked it up as it is a number I am not familiar with and saw this thread. Thanks to many of you on here telling me of the 785-799-3500 number, I have specifically requested that I be added to THEIR Do Not Call list. I got an answer by the 3rd ring and spoke to a Cindy (sorry if your name is spelled differently than this) and asked to be placed on their DNC. She asked for a moment to grab a pen and wrote my phone number down... at least it seemed like she was. I'll just have to wait and see.
BTW, Cindy was very pleasant, professional and polite. And I'm in Hawaii so I don't know why they'd be calling me.- Caller: Blue Valley Telemarketing
- ann replies to Georgewhy the heck should i block the number? they only allow you to block so many numbers on the phone and with the amount of nuts calling even though i am on the do not call list my block list has been full for a long time...........how do we know they are illegal?? you must work for them or you would not have made such a comment...............all you have to do is look them up.........they are not with the BBB either........

- ToddThey've been calling my desk line at the office for a couple weeks now but I hadn't been present to pick it up until now. They were calling to "update my information" so they could send me a free IT security mag. Need to call that other line and get removed.

- MomOf4Chicks replies to guitar guy| 1 replyYou say to be nice and that you will be nice in return. I just received a call from one of your co workers and when I told her that the number she called was a business and to not call again, she rudely hung up on me without saying a word!!
- neenaour ph no on do not call list still receiving calls and no one speaks

- Danger!!!I am sad to say that I definitely walked away with the feeling that these guys are up to serious criminalist behavior. And to call them and give them any information, including asking them to stop any illegal behaviors could land me on their target list. These are scary days and it isn't worth the risk except the hope that the Feds will take these concerns seriously and stop anyone that is doing awful criminal things.
- CDIf they are telemarketers...then why don't they EVER say anything when you answer the phone, what are they telemarketing? That is the annoying part.

- MarkJust got called by these clowns and I did not recognize the number so I did not answer. I am glad this website exists. Thanks to everyone who reports these unwanted calls.
- guitar guy replies to AnnoyedNo thank. Well it is a job. Were hired from a company (several actually) so if you have problems with them hiring us to call then take it up with them. And maybe I'm working there as I do online classes to get my higher education. It's a small town so there really aren't too many jobs around. Did you start off with a "real job with some real skills"? I bet you did a cook for McDonalds or swept a shop as an early job
- guitar guy replies to MomOf4ChicksMost of what we call are b2b publications (business to business) are aimed you better your operation as a business in some way, whether I.T, or health and safety, or a magazine that involves your primary manufactured product. So we call businesses for that reason (including government). And yes, we do follow the dnc list we check it following the laws as stated. And the easiest way to stop the calls? Let the rep know you are not interested and say "put me on your do not call list" (respectfully will make it a whole lot smoother for you" and you are as you requested. It's human nature, if you're polite to someone they'll most always be nice back.
- monkey man replies to EdnaYou or your company does business with them already
- First Impressions Lawn Service, Inc.This is a business phone line. We have a missed call from this number everyday but, they don't leave a message on our machine. If they call when we are here and we answer, no one is there. Please stop calling our place of business.

- BudJust got a call as well. I believe that these are some type of robot dialers...where they just keep dialing numbers until they get someone live...then possibly sell your number to other telemarketers once they know it is a live number. Rule of thumb, if you do not recognize the number...just don't answer. If it happens to be important, they will leave a message :-).
