BVMT Has been calling every day.  I read someone else's info and saw Mass equality listed.  I know who this is.  They are calling to ask for support for the gay rights issue - Mass is voting on in May 2007 regarding same sex marriage.  I know because the Mass Equality called me several times this past week.  I'll be calling to have my # removed - thanks for the 800#

I have been on several different sites about this very annoying BVTM that keeps calling us (yes, even though we are on the "Do Not Call List").  I have found the 785-799-3500 number quite consistently, however, why should we have to pay for a toll call to have our name taken off the list.  So, I went to their web site and tried calling the 800 number they have listed.  Guess what?  They don't answer!  Now there's a surprise!  I sent an e-mail, not sure if it'll work.....worth a try.

This company is registered with the Better Business Bureau and are supposed to follow the standards the BBB holds.  Here is the company profile listed with the BBB....http://www.topeka.bbb.org/commonreport.html?compid=4002193 and they also have a company website which is....www.bluevalley.net.  Maybe if we all stick together and file complaints with the BBB this situation will be looked into and hopefully resolved.  They should not be able to get away with harrassing phone calls on a daily basis and not abiding by the do not call list.  Hopefully this information will help.

Got called twice today at 1:15 then 3:35.  Didn't answer and they left no message.  Like everyone else we have been on the DNC list since it was started.  Seems to do no good against the most annoying companies.  We should try to the the list changed to include all the "surveys" and "private investigations". Also we choose our own list of charities and don't need their calls either.

I did not answer the phone.  Plugged their number into Google and it gave me your web site.  I called BVTM's 800 number and asked for both my home phone number and home-business number to be removed from their database.  A young woman was very polite and said that both would be removed.  I guess we'll se what happens now...

Called my cellphone but it was disconnected before third ringing tone.

These people just called me and asked for my husband- they claimed to be Planned Parenthood! Guess who got in trouble before I did the research?!! I called to complain, but just got an answering machine. The call came up as BVTM- I should have guessed!

Thanks. I reported them to BBB. I hope everyone else will do the same. It takes a few minutes, but take the time to do it- please. I was very disturbed by their call and the fact that they blatantly lied about being planned parenthood! Good Grief!!!

They have called the last four days in a row at all different times here.
When 'I' answer the phone they hang up. (After a bunch of 'hello's on my part.)  They called and woke us up this morning and my wife answered.
They were trying to get her to re-new her subscription to a magazine!
I guess 'NO' from me is no good! They had to hear it from her....sheese!

i received a call on my cel. called the DNC list and registered. 2 days later got another call. called the #3500 below and was told they would remove my number and would take a few days. If you don't see me post back that means they were true to their word.

For several weeks I have been receiving numerous calls every day on my home phone.  They never leave a message.  We are on Nat'l No Call List.  Next time they call I will attempt to talk with them asking to be removed from their data base.

785-799-3900 BVTM hangs up when I answer.  This is a new one that started at my office today.  There must be way to stop this harassment.  I filed a complaint FCC yesterday but this number still got through!!

They called at 9:20 Saturday morning. I ignored the call, and they did not leave a message. We are registered on the national DNC list, but they apparently circumvent (or violate) the system anyway.

Have received numerous calls from this number, no one answers when you answer the call. They will not answer the number to remove your number either. It's all one big scam.
