785-799-3900

One call in the morning each of the past three days.  I see the ID and ignore the call.

My email message to these irritating people bounced back as undeliverable. They don't answer their 800 number, either. It seems we have to pay to reach them at 785-799-3500. Anyone for a class action suit?

We have been receiving calls at all times of the day and night from this number for the past few weeks. I debated filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office since we are on the National DO NOT CALL LIST, but after reading the posts on here, decided to try to call. The gal that answered the phone was polite. I explained that I do not want any further calls from BVTM and she asked for my number and said it would be removed right away. WOW, If I knew it was that easy I would have done it weeks ago. I just hope it works. I encourage everyone to call them if you have the same complaint of phone calls. Good luck everyone. Yes, these people are sooo annoying when you rush to the phone and NO ONE ANSWERS!!

Tired of getting cellphone calls from 785-799-3900 (Blue Valley Telemarketing)?  You can opt-out as they suggest, but that is playing by their rules, not yours.  Any response validates the targeted phone, and makes that number more valuable to them for list sales!  
These calls violate FCC regulation [ 47CFR64.1200 (a) (iii) ].  The only way to shut them down is for EVERYONE to file a complaint with the FCC for every call!

The complaint form is a little long, but you can include 4 calls per form.  
Our government responds to volume, so this is the best we can do!

I just used the 800 number (800-882-0803) and a woman named Connie answered. I told her I wanted our number removed. She took the number and wrote it down. Told me it will take 2-3 days to remove us from the call list. Will repost if this didn't work. Thanks for posting the 800 number DB!

I received a call from BVTM even though I'm on the do not call list

This telemarketer is not as bad as most. In fact, the call I received from them was to renew my free subscription to an auto body repair magazine. I spoke with a woman at the 3500 number and she said they called for various firms such as the one represented when I was called. I would not class these people as true telemarketers and calls such as the one I received are appreciated.

The call came on June 4th at about 3:00 pm in behalf of Leslie Byrne, a candidate for Congress.  I hesitate to use the phone in an electrical storm but went ahead and answered.  The caller with a kind lady voice said she was calling to remind me that there was a primary election coming up.  I asked her for the date of the election and she said "I'll have to check" -- long wait and silence -- very strange for a political worker.  Just then, there was a huge crack of thunder and the house lights went dark, including my wireless remote base station so the call was dropped.  When the power returned in a few seconds, the call was lost.  I felt a bit sad, since my assumption was that it was a volunteer worker working for a cause, so I decided to call back and explain what happened.  When I checked my Caller ID service, I found that the calling number was 785 799-3900, surely not in my area code -- strange.  When I called the number to try to restore the call, the recorded message said that I was calling "Blue Valley Marketing Services" -- which seems to be a fee for services marketing company.  I will categorize this Caller Type as "Unknown". Was this the work of the Almighty?  Is there a message in this?

This company called today 6/20/08 at 9:50 am.  I did not answer.  When I called to remove my number from their call list, I told the girl I was on the NO CAll registry and she said they would have gotten my name from other sources I was associated with!   What good is the NO CALL Registry!!!!!

These morons call at all hours and if the call is answered there is no response.

They called claiming to be a talent search group in the Dallas area.
They said that they were searching for theatre and musical talent and asked if I had a child who wanted to audition and said they would take ages 4-25 and it was a lady on the other end. She asked for my spouse's and my name as well. They also stated they would call again when they were to come back to the Dallas area when I declined their offer.

WE RECIEVE SEVERAL CALLS ALMOST EVERY DAY FROM THIS NUMBER, IT IS VERY ANNOYING AND FILLS UP OUR CALLER I.D. TO THE POINT THAT WE MISS THE IMPORTANT AND WANTED CALLS.

I received 2 calls from BVTM at this number. Did as others on message board suggested and called the 785#. A nice lady answered and took down my phone #, and said it will be a few days to remove my number from their databases. I am also on my State's (Texas) Do not call list, as well as the nationwide DNC list. I will also repost if I continue to receive BVTM calls. Thanks to all who offered suggestions.

Answered phone without really looking at Caller ID. Said hello; there was a click and a dead line.

Called again today at 12:49 pm. Saw the Caller ID and did not pick up.
