Wow i can't believe this! Actually i just found out about this site when i talked to my phone carrier.I to get these annoying phone calls ALL the time!and my case sounds pretty much like everyone else here.They leave no message on my machine and hang up when i do answer the phone.I was told the phone company could not do anything that i need to call the police and report it.After reading all of this how can they not do anything about it!!Well i am also registered with the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY so tell me how do these IDIOTS!!! get through?? Well hopefully with all the complaints we have maybe something will GET DONE!!!!!!!!!!

I recieved a phone call from thhat 1 986-923-0962 It came up Sunland property. He asked for my husband by name. Said he was calling to talk about mortgage application. My husband and I are in a middle of a divorce.
I kind of blew it off at first. thinking it was just a telemarketer. But today I thought I better check it out to make sure my husband is trying to take out a loan using the house as collatarl behind my back. when I called the the number aboveIt said toll# disconnected. then I went looking more and found that # for Sunland properties in that DAVie, FL 1-954-583-3422 same thing disconnected

I'm in TN. This 786-923-0962 must be some type of 'fake' caller-ID number used by an overseas call center. Like others have said, they usually hang up. But today some lady actually talked and asked me to accept a free subscription to a technical magazine, "ECN". I am familiar with this publication so this was somewhat legit.

I also got a message on my voice mail over the weekend, but the message was just people talking in the background. Sort of makes you wonder if these people are just getting paid to make calls, but they really don't want to talk to anyone. Very strange.

I have asked these people numerous times to stop calling me and they continue to do so....now they are calling 1-3 times a day, rings twice and when you answer .....click and then a dial tone.  The caller ID states Sunland Property.  I am on the DO NOT Call list and would like something to be done about these ppl calling.

Got 9 call from them in last couple days. No one ever answers. It came in on Caller ID as Sunland properties.. what a pain and no way to call back..

My home number is on the do not call list, but "Sunland Propert 1-786-923-0962" has called my home many times over the last several weeks. I normally do not answer and no message has been left. However after reading online about the problems others have had with this caller, I felt it was time to do something. This morning they happened to call again and this time I picked up and said "you people seem to have a bad reputation of harassing those on the do not call list!". The response: "click".

Proud to say... no not really... that I have joined an apparently large list of people that have been called by this number.  They called my work number this morning at about 11:45 AM.  Im in Minnesota so it seems to be a fairly widespread thing.  Woohoo, another as*ho*e on the phone!!

Same thing Minnesota, Sunland Propert. It has been about a week now. Not to go too overboard, any one think about your state A.G. Our last one wanted to go after telemarketers that faxed as that paper and ink cost money. For us it is simple, if you don't leave a message it could not be that important. Best of luck and don't let the bast**** get you down.

This number has been calling me every single day - sometimes twice a day for about 4 weeks.  My Caller ID says, "Sunland Property" -- I never pick-up.  I'm registered on Do Not Call...oh well...hope this info helps.

They called today 15 times in a row!!! this has been going on for 4 weeks.  Called Verizon and they told me there was nothing they could do!

This number has been calling me for months.  I'm on Do not call list for the State of Florida.

Phone rings several times and since I don't recognize the number I let it go to voice mail.  No messages are ever left.

keep calling me too!!  Won't leave message or answer questions- sound foreign.  I do business in the area but live in a different state- I wonder if someone local is selling personal information.  Very annoying

He calls about 10 times a day and never answers or leaves a message. it is really annoying exapecially when I am at work and in meetings.

ALL THE SAME COMPLAINTS AS EVERYONE ELSE, I DID REPORT NUMBER TO DO NOT CALL WEB SITE,MAY BE EVERYONE SHOULD DO THE SAME AND THEY WILL EXPEDITE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER.  MY NUMBER IS ALSO REGISTERED WITH DNC, WHAT GOOD THAT DOES, WISH I HAD AN ADDRESS FOR THESE "IDIOTS" BECAUSE BOY WOULD I HARRASS THEM.

JUST DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT THIS NUMBER HAS A NAME OF: ALLEGIANCE TELECOM AND IS LOCATED IN NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, TRUE OR NOT I'M NOT SURE. I BET THEY GOOGLE THEIR OWN NUMBER LIKE WE ARE AND GET A KICK OUT OF IT, SICK F---S!!! WE ALL NEED TO REPORT TO THE FCC, WITH AN ABUNDANCE OF COMPLAINTS FOR THE SAME THING, BELIEVE ME THEY WILL WORK FASTER!

This number dials my phone several times a week.  Is there any way to block an unwanted number on your cell phone?

I have received many/numerous calls from these people.  I have told them of my phone being a no call number.  I have asked dozens of time that they not call again, but they call anyway.  Sometimes 4 times and hour.  It sounds like a lot of people talking in the background - must be a calling room of somekind.
Why does the FCC not take note and stop these people?  Their dialect is not one I would consider as mainland USA either, in most cases.
