just got an automated call saying it was from Sprint, my account was flagged for security purposes and to enter my account pin number. in MI, but my cell is a california #...

The phone call woke me up freakin' 5 in the morning. I also used to be with sprint long time ago. Glad I didn't answer.

I got call from this # at 5:30 am pst and I have never been a Sprint customer. Always had this Virgin Top Up phone - no message was left.

Just got the call at 620am in CA. Hung up and called Sprint back. Account is fine. Going back to sleep now.

Today at 5:45 am I received a call from 800-000-0611. Called back the number and said it was not a good number. Sprint is my carrier

Sprint customer too. Located in Cincinnati/Northern KY -got the same "enter your pin" phishing message when I let it go to voicemail. [***].

Woke me up at 5:30am in CA. Didnt answer.

I just got a call from this number this morning at 5:37 AM. I missed the call. -No message.  -I tried to call back and got a recording saying it is not a working number.  -Figured it was a harassment call from my ex.  lol    -Pissed to have been woken up at this hour.  Date of occurance: April Fools Day..  hummm

I received this same call in Cincinnati, OH  on 04/01 @ 10:25 am (EST).

Automated call saying my account was flagged for security purposes and to enter my account pin number.

Clearly a scam/phishing attempt.

It was a missed call . Looks like they are hitting our area today!

Sprint customer. Just got call from this number. I never answer these types.

I am a verizon customer from California. I got the call at 5:45am, did not answer it and they did not leave a message.

I've got it today at 5.30am. South CA. They do not say anything...

Call Sprint and Report! They will block # and submit fraud report.

My boyrfriend and I both got the call at the same time this morning, neither of us answered.  He is Sprint, I am Verizon.  Unreal!

(800) 000-0611 called me at 6:05am April 1 2011.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave any v.m.  I live in L.A., Ca. and have never had an account with Sprint.  Most likely some type of fraud attempt as others here have suggested.

When I finally did wake up, mentioned it to my brother (who also lives in our house, but has a different cell phone provider), and he said he got the same call seconds after mine. Neither of us answered...apparently is a phishing scam like we thought...if they wanted to get me to answer them they shouldn't have called so f-ing early :)

Also, I'm with Verizon.

Received a call at 5:45 AM from 800-000-0611, which I guess is from "SPRINT". I'm sorry but these [***] must stop these unwanted calls or the FCC should penalized them for their behavior.
