I get multiple calls/day from this number every time I answer I get about 3-5 minutes of dead air and then they disconnect the line.  While I do deal with Wells Fargo I do NOT have a loan of any kind with them so if this is truly their Personal Credit Management department - which I doubt - then something's definitely phishy.  Have I gotten calls from Wells Fargo?  Yep.  And it's NOT this number and immediately after answering they phone the legit Wells Fargo caller identifies themselves BY NAME and that they're calling from Wells Fargo

Spent 20 minutes talking to a scammer and declares that it’s a legitimate number. What an idiot!

“Pay your bills”!  He says. I keep getting these calls and I don’t have and never have had an account with Wells Fargo.

The caller id should say it's Wells Fargo!  I've just been called by this number a minimum of 5x's a day all week and I DO NOT have an account with nor would I ever!!  These buggers have dipped their fingers into the criminal world and now this!

I didn't return the phone call; Wells Fargo never calls me so I thought it might be a scam.

BS.  I have messages left on my phone from your personal line and loan collections. I never had and will never have a Wells Fargo account due to harassment from you calling and leaving messages on my voicemail. I have reported all call on my id to FTC and banking commission and have the phone records to prove it, also had a tap on phone as you kept calling from different numbers and unavailable #'s, which were traced back to Wells Fargo, Asked FTC for a lawyer to sue you people for harassment I have been on the do not call list for a long time, but you  can't read

Unsolicited call. Caller ID reads up Wells Fargo. Because it is coming into a business line, we never answer "Hello" so the computer does not connect. Just dead air and a disconnect.

Another one from this number! Shut them down!!! ARGH!!!

Called twice within twenty minutes. First was two rings and second was three rings. No I ne n other end. Will contact FCC and FTC.  Did you know you can take them court and receive a ton of money for EACH call.

I got a call from this number. I did not answer. However, I do not have any accounts with Wells Fargo and never have.

First question, what is your social security number.  I told them no way.  Then they tried to argue with me how they were Wells Fargo.  Wells Fargo even tells you not to give out your social security number.  Sheesh.  If this is a real Wells Fargo number,  they ought to train their employees better.

Numbers can be "spoofed" - FAKED - to look like a legitimate company.

I have received several calls from this number, but never any messages so I finally called back. The first thing the rep who answered asks for is my Social Security number. I asked him what Department he worked in and he said loans and lines of credit. Since I only have a checking account with Wells Fargo (no loans or lines of credits), I knew it was  scam. HE then says my number may have been linked to another customer's info and he would take it off the list.

Same experence as above, but I called the published WF # as I was a few days late with my line of credit payment. As I already knew, WF doesn't call and doesn't leave messages. The real WF banker said the # is in association with WF but is an open #, meaning it can be hacked and taken over. He suggested I sent WF the # by e-mail to reportphishing@wellsfargo.com.. Blocking the # is recommended.

Is it immature and childish to want this robocall to stop blowing my phone up 5+ times a day for the last 3 months, because your good pals over at wells fargo accepted my loan application, then filed it under "debt consolidation" instead of "personal" or "home improvement", because my wife had debt from a heart attack at age 28,  (and the  resulting medical Bills damn near flattened us) but the idiot at the local branch wasnt smart enough to tell that she has the same initials as me?  So what's supposed to be monies to fix my 200yo Victorian I inherited when my mother passed, then turned into-  around $17k went to debt , and the other 3 wasnt enough to cover the reasons for the loan in the first place....

Or hows about this one there , wf?  Is it also childish and immature to expect these calls to stop simply because they now say I owe them around $1600, (or 3 months worth of payments, even tho it was automatically debited from our wells Fargo bank account!) and they never gave us credit for the payments?!
 It even shows up in our account activity.  Yet when I call these so called legit numbers back. Your wf representatives cant seem to find this information even when I have it right in front of me....
And they are still saying that these months were never paid and I still owe them all this money, and (robocalls calls and harassment aside) now they are tanking the credit of myself and my co signer?

Is that childish?  Immature?   Or just flat out f*cked up?
Guess my attorneys will find out.

I dont now,nor have i ever had a wells Fargo account, so this number is garbage to me.
