Got a call from these guys today looking for Brooke. This collection agency has gotten it from other agencies. They called it today again, and I had told them before that they are calling a number on the do not call list.They were looking at my number and another number. I told them the next time they called I would take them to court over it as well as call the FTC.

They called my work line and left voice mail before 8am. Yes I saved it. Time to crush these dirtbags.

Let's class action these people. Who is in?

800-258-8074 calls me every morning at 8:00 AM. Then hangs up.

For a couple of months now, Allied Interstate have called me everyday M-F at 8:15 am. Sometimes they leave messages, sometimes they don't. I have no debt. I wish I knew how to stop it.

I have had about 4 messages from Allied Collections LLC they call when we are not home and leave the same recorded message with only a number and the company name in regards to a collection. We have 0 debt and every time I call them back the recording says to call back with in normal business hours. I give up!

After about 4 weeks of getting robo calls and collecting data to use against Allied Collections LLC, I decided to call back the number that keeps calling me.  They politely answered with Allied Collection ID, their name, and that conversation was being recorded.  I know this is a call center since I have worked for one before.  I mentioned I have been receiving their robo caller for weeks and was curious to the nature of who they were looking for just in case one of the DR. offices sent a bill to collections because insurance messed up.  We had that happen once before and the office never once called us too say there was a problem.  Since my wife and I both have perfect credit and nothing showing up on reports I wanted to check if this was legit or a scam like others have reported.  The gentleman said were sorry we were looking for a person with a said name and their inbound caller ID showed up as us instead of the said name looking for.  The gentleman politely apologized!  I was shocked since no confrontation as others have said, said our number would be removed from their database, and within 24 hours we should stop receiving calls.  I  have been in business a very long time and was very impressed how this call was handled, nothing like what was stated by others.  I guess if your not trying to dodge a collector, these people are quite pleasant. :O)

I keep getting robocalls on my answering machine, while I'm at work, from Allied Interstate LLC regarding a delinquent  cable tv bill from Time Warner.  I do not have a TV  only internet, I have not owned a tv for over a decade. I have never had TW cable or internet. I only use Cox internet. I have no delinquent bills. This is pure harassment. I will attempt to contact governing agencies that will help me stop these calls. Perhaps BBB, FTC, others? The text of the message: "Hello, I am calling from Allied Interstate LLC, a collection agency that is attempting to collect a debt and any information that we obtain will be used for that purpose. Please call us at 1-800-258-8074." When I call back they start off by yelling like they are trying to intimidate me. I told the guy to either validate this bogus debt or sue me then and prepare to get ran out of the courtroom since he has no proof. I said "call all you want I will not answer anymore and will not put up with it. I take digital pics of my caller id for every call they have made to my landline.   I will be shopping for call block phone . they do have a website but still I think they are a scam company anyone can have a website. I say beware of Allied interstate collectors.
