A couple more calls yesterday - no caller ID and no message left - such jerks!

Probably Comcast because I was inconvenienced by their giving me a defective cable box that I had to return. They called several times, I didn't pick up & they leave voice mails in incomprehensible accents, & I'm not going to call back to have to listen to more of the same.

This is really a Comcast Xfinity number. They called me to see if the issue I had been having was resolved. If you call the number back you will see it is legit.

This is Comcast.  Either you need to update your billing information or you are being notified that your payment is late and you need to pay before being disconnected.

These jerks keep calling and hanging up.

Called 3-3-19 at 2:18 p.m. CID showed Comcast. NO MESSAGE WAS LEFT. We figure if the call was legitimate there would be a message. Accordingly we may only assume it was it was a lousy criminal calling probably spoofing the CID and/or #.

This is a Phishing call and not Comcast as it comes over caller I’d.  I have Xfinity and just got a call and did not answer as I do my best not to call them because of their foreign Customer Service reps that refuse to transfer me to stateside.  I found out years ago that after calling for service, I get bombarded with the Microsoft calls the foreign customer service have access to our info. Also one of my calls for assistance the rep wanted my credit card and personal info.

Got 3 calls from this number. On the third call I answered. Man with a heavy accent asked for woman in house who uses computer. He said they were from Comcast and following up on an FBI investigation into computer hacking. I asked for his employee badge number. After a period of silence I said you sound like a crook. He hung up. I then called Comcast and they verified that they would NEVER contact a customer with this type of information and would only follow up with a customer who initiated a call about a technical issue or setting up a visit. Comcast agreed that this was likely a spoofing call and logged it into their database.

This is the fifth time over the last two weeks that this number has called.  As I'm pretty sure I don't know anyone with a "800" area code, I just ignore it.

This is not comcast. It's a scammer. Comcast/Xfinity uses 1-800-934-6489. Make sure to block the 800-266-2278.

This was a robocall from (supposedly) Comcast telling me that they needed to speak to me about my bill. They have nothing to speak to me about since that line is not with Comcast.

It a call I get frequently.  ID shows comcast, and it claims it about my Norton free comcast security software or something.   I assume it is phony call since comcast would not call about this.  They would sent a message, email or letter.

Call about 3 times a day and do not leave a message.  Caller says "comcast".  I answered one of the calls and they said my Norton security is to be upgraded free if I press #1 to be transferred to a technician.  I think it is a scam call and hung up.

Have had multiple phone calls from this number and found that it is someone that works for comcast. Comcast refuses to do anything about it when i reported it to them - actually hung up on me at times.

This is NOT Comcast.  They are scammers from India.  Anyone telling you it is Comcast is a liar or else extremely stupid.

I was expecting a call from Comcast to verify an appointment with them, so I answered the call. It definitely was not from Comcast/Xfinity though. It was a scammer calling that had spoofed their number. Wanted me to make a payment over the phone for my service saying it was past due. Considering I have auto pay for my Xfinity service. Told them the call was being recorded, person on other end got belligerent and abusive when I told him this and hung up. I have called the local Comcast/Xfinity office and notified them.
