- MarrGA message about Cartoon Network changing to digital, so I need to upgrade my cable. Very, very annoying because I pay per call, don't watch Cartoon Network, and have already upgraded to digital.

- Mrs GI did not answer the call. The caller Id showed 'Customer Service' There was no message left. This has to be a promotional deal for comcast because my bill is on auto-draft and is always on time. When I called it back it went straight to a comcast message and service rep. I hung up like they do!! I hate telemarketers. Leave a message, if it interest me, I'll call you back. Ugh!

- Ross| 2 repliesThis is not Comcast, they say they are Comcast but they are a seperate business working to collect bills for Comcast. They are operating illegally as they will not give the identy of the caller or their operation. They claim that this is a "Courtesy Call" which is lingo they've come up with to make it sound like they are doing you some kind of favor, it's a crock of you know what.
They are not even able to update their information, I had payed my bill and made arrangements with Comcast 5 days prior to them calling me again, they claim they are not updated by Comcast billing ????? And they are the collection agency, what year is this?
Complain to the PUC, although the PUC is owned by the utility companies not by the tax payers, get used to fraud people, it's the backbone of the USA, including our government.- Caller: will not say

- DecoThis number is apparently used for various Comcast communications. For me, whenever I call Comcast to ask a question, change service, or report a problem, I always get a call NUMEROUS TIMES the next day from this number. If it goes to voicemail, there is no message, just a hangup. So I have no idea what it is, and I can't even ignore it because they will call back. And when I finally pick up, it's a survey. They don't even give you the option to not take the survey - I bet if you just hang up, they'll just call you again until you take the survey.
Granted, the survey is short and only ask you about your recent call to Comcast, but it's seriously annoying to be called every day.
If they want honest survey responses, maybe Comcast should harrass their customers with phone calls and then not even leave messages when the calls are missed or ignored.- Caller: Comcast

- DawnThey called. I didn't answer and they did not leave a message. The account is all under another person's name and number. However, the person called from my phone to report a problem, so now Comcast has my number in their system so that is why they called me. If you don't want them calling your cell phone, then don't use it to contact them. As soon as you do, they will have it on file and abuse it.

- MKJust switched to FiOS and cancelled Comcast today. I didn't answer because they showed up as unavailable on caller ID. Now that I know it is Comcast, I assume this is a damage control call, trying to get me back.
