This number called while I was using my phone so I declined it. A few seconds later I had two (?) voicemails from this number both were like five seconds long of silence then a voice that just said "goodbye". Not gonna lie it kinda freaked me out for a second.

called my sisters line she didn't answer. I called, gave my name and they had my number but nothing else. called 611, she's looking over stuff now. now I'm worried.

I had the same thing happen today and i ended up searching my house when i got home from work because i was worried someone might have been there

Caller 🆔 shows the following number when the call comes in:  541-218-0500. They do not leave a VM msg. I was expecting a call from a medical provider so called this number back. You get a msg from a female that states the following: "this number cannot be reached from this line", "pls call 1-800-331-0500 from a landline 📱 to complete this call. Ran the numbers through spydialer (541-218-0500) & it states that the owner of the number has removed the info from their site. Spokeo states that it is a telemarketer number & that's how I ended up here. AT&T is not my svs provider but I am using an HTC AT&T cell phone. I am a Consumer Cellular customer. They provide svs to AT&T & T-Mobile phones who wish to start SVC using their own phone vs a Consumer Cellular 📱 or purchasing a new phone.

I had to restore my phone, which cleared my block list, and they started calling again. Never leave a voicemail when I don’t answer. Just had to block them again.

same complaint as others..I have AT&T and this number is in my phonebook BUT I have it as Z AT&T and thats what it came up saying it was from...  I do this with all other companies cable etc so they are all at the end of my phone list so they are not with my regular numbers... plus I can identify them as real...so I thought ..they said my service was suspended when they said to press 1 or 2  I hung up..800.331.0500 IS AT&T's number someone is spoofing them

Claims to be AT&T. Looked here first 38 pages of complaints. I told her can't transfer call due to all your complaints. Take name off list.

Someone was spoofing this att phone number to scam ppl. Got call today didn't pick up and no message left.

Just got a call from that 800-331-0500 number today(01/03/18..2:16pm.est.)on my MagicJack phone line...I was not here at the time and no message was left...Don't know what is going on here because it seems to be AT&T that everyone is having trouble with...
 Has anyone tried to contact your State Attorney General's Office and report them??

Mine came up under caller ID as Legacy Mobility rather than AT&T

It is ironic, funny and irritating at the same time, that someone spoofs AT&T's number and you receive a call on an AT&T line, how incompetent can they be? that they can't even protect their own users from these scammers.

... same as most others here, I didn't answer and they left no voicemail. I've moved the number to my "Blocked" list and I'm moving on with life...

stated I need to contact them as my account was overdue.  I tried to call ATT to report at the above number and ATT hung up on me.

The Phone Number is ATT.. BUT!! This is a scammer that changed their number to look like it is ATT on the Caller ID. They want you to push 1 or push 2 on your phone to be redirected to take care of this. They said they have suspended my account until I verify my account. I did not push a button to verify it. I hung up the phone and call ATT myself. which is the same number the spammer displayed on my phone with the caller ID. I talked to ATT rep. and they said my account has not been suspended and that every thing is fine. My bill is due the mid of this month.

I recieve a call from this number from a heavily accent man saying it was AT&T. He told me it was about a $99 charge on my bill!! I immediately recognized the fraud and told him he was not At&T and a fraud!  He began laughing at me and I quickly hung up!! Definitely a fraud!! They would not have laughed at me and tried to help me trust who it was!! No way was this really them!!

I answered a call from 800-331-0500 ATT; Customer Care.  A man told me who he was, his name I don't remember, and that I had been over charged on my bill and he needed my pin number.  I told him that I didn't remember my pin and if he had to have it he could forget the reimbursement.  He's laughing  and said "oh I can do anything, I am Superman".  I said "I bet you can't find a phone booth".  End of call.
