If it was a robocall there would have been a message.

They sent me what looked to be an authentic email asking for my IRS documents. Email also stated my account is frozen until I verified my tax info. I called discover from my mobile app and they assured me it was a scam, my account is not froze. In addition, they would nvr send that sort of email.

Saying my Discover card was hacked and I don't have a Discover Card.

Scam. They want my tax return but all the discover emails say it’s on the way.

Dude from India identified himself with Visa/Mastercard . It said Discover on caller ID. Advised I was on do not call list and remover my number. He hung up. It's a scammer. Always call your issuing bank card before paying anything from these thieves.

THIS IS NOT A SCAM CALL.  This was actually Discover Card calling to verify my account.  I called the number on the back of my Discover Card and they helped me verify my account and verified that the call from this number was actually them trying to call me.  Again....NOT A SCAM.

People should definitely call the number on the back of their card instead. Even if it was Discover calling, I see no reason why calling the number on the back of your Discover card wouldn't be the same thing.

Called my private landline and I DON’T have a Discover card, nor does anyone in my family.  I didn’t answer.  They didn’t leave a message.  It’s a scam!

Left message stating it was Discover Card and that I needed to call back but was vague as to why - only that it "had to do with my account" and to call 800+347-0350. Called the actual # for Discover Card and they also have no record of a call etc. and suggested I report this.

Is this a legitimate number for Discover Card? They want me to call back, should I?

You read through all the posts people took the time to tell about calls from this number and you still don't know??  I am sorry to say you probably won't understand any replies either. Here, maybe the words are too small for you.

Have called back to the number from the back side of the credit card. A manager said that it was a call from the Bank, they needed me to verify one of my documents.
