800-353-1842

Got a call from this number this morning. First call sounded like someone pocket dialed me. They called right back and said it was in reference to Simple Mobile service ticket. I have Simple Mobile, but haven't called them in months.
I'm suspicious because my caller ID said it was from Verizon???

they called me twice in a row ..could not understand what she was saying heavy accent....I told her dont call my f.......n number again and hung up and blocked the number

Got a call from this number and it was from SafeLink Wireless. The caller is woman and she said it's a follow-up to set up the WiFi calling for my phone. She left a number to contact them and said I have 14 days to call back to finish the setup.

Rec'd 2 anonymous calls today from TOLL FREE CALL 1-800-353-1842 dont recognize the number after reading posts will block.

My Net10 cell phone was not operating (no sound) and so I called Net10 support using another phone.  During the call with them they called my cell phone to verify/test its operation.  "800-353-1842" showed up on the caller-ID when they called. Net10 and Straight Talk are both subsidiaries of TracFone and so it makes sense that this phone number shows up for those companies plus for TracFone support itself. They likely have a single support center for all of their brands.

I sent a change of address to Tracfone.  This caller said she had the letter and she was with Shock Phone. (What is Shock Phone?  How is that Tracfone?)  She said since my zip code changed, I had to change my phone number!!!  I only changed mailing address to P.O. Box.  I told her I know that isn't true and didn't care for what she was doing and hung up.  An obvious SCAM!

So why did you post under two numbers?

Yeah. This guy barely spoke English and I couldn’t understand a word he was saying. I hung up on the straight talk call because he was asking me for my name after I did the live chat with a person. He was annoying and I recommend that you don’t answer if this number calls.

This is some corruption fraud scam that still going on between employees by TracFone and sister companies.  I uploaded a service plan on 5/4/2020 and for 36 hours I have been waiting for my TracFone service to be processed to my phone and it's now 5/5/20.  My calls go to straight talk, safe link, or TracFone. I will be contacting FCC  regarding this matter.

Such a heavy accent I couldn't understand. Based on what I sort of understood and the comments here, it was Straight Talk Wireless. If it was legit, they really need to hire people who speak English more clearly so that potential customers can understand them.

This was a call back from Tracfone resolutions dept. Customer service had helped me with a problem. They then asked if I could place a call to make sure my phone worked ok. Then they called me to make sure I could receive calls. This was one of the few pleasing experiences I’ve had with Tracfone. The number belongs to American Movil - they own Tracfone, Net 10, Straight Talk and other MVNOs. Just a customer service number.

Reply Y or N  this was texted to my phone before I got this call I'm in the process of changing service but whoever or whatever carrier they are they should be identifying themselves somehow. Either by text or by phone this is my old phone service has not been disconnected yet. Supposed to be automated.

It's a call center that handles customer support for many different companies.
In my case it's Straight Talk. (She kept cutting in and out.)
