- AnnieNo idea who this is or what they want but I have a habit of answering on the 4th ring (when the answering machine clicks on) but not speaking, when the answering machine clicks on to see if they have anything to say..they immediately click off. I am wondering if they are associated with TracFone?

- ConfusedThis number keeps calling. Either hangs up or I can't understand the messages .I do not answer unknown calls .never .
- Caller: Don't know
- JoshVery sweet sounding girl wanted to kno if I wanted to have some "fun" ???? Of course I hung up😜
- angelThis number isn't spam, it is from Tracfone - regarding a support issue.

- JenniferGot called from this number on landline and on cell. Landline phone just rang once. Not sure about cell - had phone on vibrate and missed the call. No message on either phone. Based on other notes here, this is most likely someone from an ATT "pay as you go" company - as I'm attempting to switch to Net10 with a new phone that uses ATT towers. If they call back, I'll try to answer to see if that's the case, although 1 ring is not nearly enough time to get to the phone.
- TerryI'm guessing that this is a tech support service for several pay as you go phone service. I just had some issues with activating a phone and wanted a callback. Although it was a missed call for me, after reading some of these comments, I assume that Walmart/pay-as-you-go phone services are paying a service organization to field the calls. I activated a phone with Tracfone, while several others were using other services. It appears to be a legitmate call.

- MarjMissed the call, they left no message, so not sure who it is, but I have had recent issues with Tracfone so it might be them.
- ShaneI accidentally pressed the button for customer service while trying to refill my phone time, and they tried to call me back 30 times in a row from this number. I didn't even want or need to talk to them!!!!!!!! Very, very annoying indeed.

- SamiJust called my cell but they only let it ring once and hung up. I have tracfone and have been having a problem sending and receiving picture messages. I was on the computer for 5 hours over two days trying to fix it. None of their tech people could help. Maybe they were calling to ask what I thought of their customer service reps. They really don't want to know!
- BostonHolly replies to Artemis| 1 replyInteresting - I called them 4 months ago and they never got back to me. Seems like a bit too long for a return call.
- LJLCalled my cell (Tracfone) but hung up before I could answer. No message. Not an encouraging sign.
- MrcdDvSince I switched my number from Sprint to NET10, I've received a few calls from this number. Rings, but before I can answer they disconnect. I created a 10 seconds of silence ringtone. I created a group called "Advertisers-Robots". I assigned it my new ringtone. I added this number as contact "ZZZ DO NOT ANSWER", and assigned it to that group. I can't stop it/them from calling. But I don't have to answer either ;)

- Long time user replies to Artemis| 1 replyThere are no other services that give you the phones, the 5GB, and unlimited talk text like straight talk. You can't go wrong. They are the BEST. I've had one of these calls in 8 years.
- ChuckI have received a couple calls from this number. It is Straight Talk. I had contacted them about a problem with their website, and they fixed it. Now they are trying to call me. Problem is, I am getting a recorded call and I cannot understand anything it says! If they keep calling, I will call them and request they stop, or I will block their number. Cheap phone service gets cheap customer service! At least the phones work good!

- Roger GrimsbyI have a Tracfone. I left them an email on their website a couple of weeks ago.
Based on other reports from you guys, I'm sure that was tracfone that just called from 8003531842. Different from your average telemarketing scammer, I didn't answer, but then they left a text message instead of a voicemail. I think getting tracfone's text message saved me a few cents over retrieving a voicemail message that could potentially be incomprehensible, so I'm glad they left a text message.
Their message was "We have resolved your issue and closed the case, blah blah." And they left a Pin Number and contact information, just in case I'm still having a problem.
For a beat-up stepchild of Verizon, they're really trying pretty hard.
Oh, never mind, they left me a voicemail, too. Yeh, I had a comment about their website. Now they want to talk about it, on my dime. DELETE! A 0 minute 38 second call to my voicemail to hear their message. That'll cost a minute. And the text message was another 1/3 of a minute.
But at least it wasn't a telemarketing scammer.
Someone remind me to stop sending messages to tracfone so they'll stop calling my phone.- Caller: Tracfone
- FredRead elsewhere this is Safelink or Tracfone. Maybe they, and Straight Talk all use the same 800 number/call center. Or maybe they're all the same company.
- AdriennIt was Straight Talk. They called me 6 times in a row, the first five I picked up and there was background noises, people talking and ambient desk sounds, but no one answered when I spoke. Sixth time was a charm, and they just wanted to make sure my phone number had successfully been ported over. Very nice and polite.

- Tracfone UserCalled moments after I submitted an activation ticket transferring my existing number to a new phone. I would guess they were verifying that the current number is indeed active before attempting to transfer it.
