 It's StraightTalk Cellular.  They called me after I sent them a feedback on their website about a problem I was having on their website.  They actually have good customer service, if only their support staff had a better grasp of the English language...

All they did was thank me for answering the phone. Them hung up...

Hello. I agreed totally with you until i started auto tefill. Total nightmare. Would say my card declined when it was aporoved. Double charged me (that i know of) two months in a row. It took forever to get it fuxed. Rep acted like i was a criminal. Really bad Cust Ser. What reason would they have to call. They are certainly not going to call to try and help you. If i had not persisted and thrown a fit i would not have gotten refund.  She acted like it was her money. THE ONLY reason i stay is no limits. I gurss they r the lesser of two evils. Them or ATT. Truly not trying to offend you. I respect your post. Just dayung...

Left mmg would like to talk to me. Righto! Tried that for hours one day. Finally talk to a rep who could not have cared less about my situation. Blah blah blah.  They just act like you are a pain in the behind.   Won't even budge an inch to help get your problem fixed. They let the customer do all the work and they just act bored. Day that tjey are yeying to reach me. Guess what no one is there. Give it up straight talk.

This number is for a number of prepaid cell companies.....staighttalk, tracfone, net10 (to name a few) are all part of the same
company. I received a call from them this morning, I can only guess (and hope) that they were following up on a week old issue.
In my case they left a message.....unfortunately for me I only speak english, which apparently the caller has not mastered. So not sure if they have resolved their issues or not.....

why did you even call them back if the number was really unknown to you. Possibly when you did that they have a way to infect your phone with malware.

Called from this number. Person sounded drunk. I was told they were given my number as an alternate number but they would not tell me who they wanted to speak to, whose alternate number they were calling, etc.

the caller ID says straight talk, but the call was regarding my tracfone that i activated yesterday - legit service co.

It was a Trac Fone call. Trac Fone corporate was trying to reach me about a replacement phone. I chose the discard option and they left a message that I returned.

I bought a straight talk phone with the understanding it would work in my area. got the phone tried to activate and them I am told that they can not activate in my zip code as there are no towers to support it. I don't know how this is because several friends have strait talk in my zip code. I hung up on the CSR and they have called me back repeatedly and leave no msg

Just got a call from them.  I assume it's because I had a tracfone question.

Straight Talk is an excellent affordable plan.  I would highly recommend it.  My son has had his Straight Talk service for 2 years now - no problems.  The 800 # reported on here is their follow up # if you've ever called their customer service.  Otherwise, they don't typically cold call customers.  Hope that helps.

Got a garbled message from Tracphone on both my landline and mobile phone. I*think* they said regarding some feedback I sent. Not sure because it was so hard to understand. Did send some feedback a couple months ago.

WHY are they calling me on my tracfone, wasting my minutes?!  I have ZERO business with them & do not like them wasting my minutes or bothering me while in class!!  PLEASE, lose my number!

Just Tracfone leaving a Voicemail to tell me that my new replacement phone was ready to be activated... which I've already done a few days ago. Guess they didn't update the support ticket when I did it via live chat, lol.

Called my cell phone stating she was getting back with me ref a ticket placed on my phone that had problems.Hung up on her.
