phone network upgrade temp block on all outgoing calls wait for important message..service upgraded to 4g free phone offer but they refused to remove block for a paid up phone when you ask and they would not let you call out and hung up they would call back continuing a scripted sales thing about getting you a NEW phone.

Just Tracfone calling. Trying to change from ATT to Tracfone.  Left a message to let me know my previous provider (ATT) didn't clear me due to wrong password.  Wanting to use the same number.

got a call from this number and a man with a foreign accent explained he was from straight talk and was wanting to fix a problem. wanted me to turn off phone so they could fix the problem. when i said that that would cut us off he just repeated himself. i hung up for fear of him messing with my phone. he called back and i didnt answer so he left a message. wanting me to call back to a different number.

Called customer service to see why my dad's number wasn't working when it was last night. Customer Service Agent that also classified themselves as being a manager was completely rude, didn't listen and didn't say anything for like 45 minutes. I finally decided to hangup and the person I was speaking with called me back and said "[***] You [***]".

Just got a message for "Radison" from a guy with an accent that was somewhat hard to understand on behalf of a phone company I never heard of.

I've had Straight Talk for a few years now with no problem.  Tonight I was trying to load a service plan with the automated system and the computer was having trouble.. tried to transfer me to a rep.  I hung up to try the automated system again and almost immediately got a call from this number.  I didn't answer but I did manage to load my service plan with the automated system the second time

This is Tracfone calling. A Filipino woman left me a message which I could not understand because of her thick accent & not fluent in English so I ignored it. Tracfone's call center is in the Philippines & they also own Straight Talk. If you have issues with either one I suggest that you chat with them &  keep a copy by clicking on the "envelope" icon on top of the chat page. Be prepared to spend at least an hour for the Filipinos to understand & answer your questions because of their lack of English fluency. Or, you can use a landline but if you use your Tracfone or Straight Talk your minutes will be gone in no time.

Came through with the caller ID showing this number and "Toll Free Call".  No message left.  From previous feedback above it seems that this might be TracFone but the fact they didn't show that on the caller ID is odd.  I've been working with TracFone recently via their chat trying to transfer a phone number from my TracFone flip-phone to a BYOP smart phone.  The guy I chatted with couldn't do it for a reason that didn't make sense.  I sent off a letter to customer service at the TracFone headquarters in Miami.  Wonder if this is a call back but the fact that the caller ID doesn't show that makes picking up on the call a no-go for me.  To many scammers around and I wasn't in the mood to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person on Sunday night.  Fun game to play with scammers especially when they figure out what you are doing with them.

This number called me back 3 times after I talked to them for one hour and phone problem not settled. I missed the first call back, the second one I asked him why he was calling back if I couldn't understand him or get the cell phone working, the third time he called back and threatened my life. I quote him " I know where you live you die tonight I kill you [***]."

Got a call from the #. Said they were tracfone caller id said straight talk. Asked me to call another # and send text. She said she wanted to make sure my new Tracfone was texting right. Also she couldnt  explain why her call didn't come up tracfone. I hung up called the tracfone # I have. 8003531842 IS NOT TRACFONE NOR SMART TALK.IT IS A SCAMMER. BEWARE!

8am they called my cell waking me up.  I had no idea who the caller was but since I'm moving I answered with all the changes from landline to cell. Some lady with a foreign accent talked so fast I didn't catch what she said but sounded like calling from the something company. Asked if I was the person she was speaking to earlier. I mumbled and she took it as a yes. Then proceeded to talk fast about getting a serial number and then adding the line to my plan. Im like you have the wrong number. Well Mame this is the number we have on file blah blah. Told her I have no idea what she was talking about. She called the wrong number. She speed though something and hung up. So some phone company but not possible to have my number on file lady. It's at&t go phone. Not any of the companies other listed. An di sure as hell didn't call them.

Woke me at 6:18AM, left no message. Had called the day before and left a heavily-accented and mostly incomprehensible message ending with, "Thank you for choosing TracFone." Have used TF for several years with no problems, but if this is their new policy to harass their customers I may have to make a change. (Especially if they are making threats to their clients!) Welcome to the Idiocracy!

I check online, then save the number as Reject if it shows up here, or any other number-checking site.
