text message was sent I do not have unlimited texts. I do not apperciate the fact that people have a right to contact me without any recourse I am also upset at the fact that I could be charged for them contacting me (again unsolicited) if I send them a text back simply to tell them to stop I could be charged!!

Text message saying they were charging me $9.99 for text and need to text back to cancel and charging me $9.99 for that.

I don't want anymore texting from this service. To who this may concern please don't send no more of this to my phone.

I was ready to cancel my phone if I couldnt prevent these texts. But I called T-Mobile and asked for the cooperate information so that they could veiw this site. They set it up so that I cant recieve emails via phone. Hopefully this works..but my thoughts immediately went to suit! so do It!

that 654-654 is scam and rip off. I accident click on text message from 654-654 then charged me 9.99 on my tmobile. I call that Predictomobile
to cancel then they just said sorry and won't refund to you. grrrr.

Just discovered we've been getting billed $9.99/month for Predicto Premium SMS -- a Verizon Wireless store employee was good enough to point this out.  
Nobody deliberately signed up for the service, which began immediately after registering for a drawing at a local festival which required phone number.

Verizon Wireless is just as culpable as Predicto, if not more so, in this fraud, because they are selling out there customers because they get a cut of the revenue, so no questions asked when Predicto sends the authorization.  It's far harder for me to make changes to my own account than for a sleazy third-party to be allowed to institute a subscription on my account for which my carrier bills me without explanation or question.  And it's even harder to get those charges credited.

Text call from 654654, we did not subscribe and don't want whatever service they say they are providing.  How can we get rid of the monthly charge?

My son got ripped off too. The company that got him was Mobile Messenger. Someone from Predicto Mobile must have been feeling guilty. They left that little PR not in the message section.

I have not purchased anything online, down loaded ring tones, responded to any sweepstakes or anything online because I consider my cell phone number personal and private. My number is also registered with the National Do Not Call registry. Needless to say, I received a text out the clear blue sky...I deleted it then about 10 Mintues, later I received another text...After reading the above comments I called my  cellphone company (CINGULAR)immediately...I was told to respond to the text to "STOP and Unsubcribe"...My representative, in the mean time, checked my account to make sure that I was not subscribed to anything...(I was not) he credited my account for any fees. My representative saidll that I would probably receive a few more text stating that I have been unsubscribed...well I received a few more that stated "You are not a member. TXT JOIN to 654654 for predicto survey game, unlimited voting, cash drawings, $50,000.00 sweepstaes. Info:predict.com". So I don't know, I am going to file a few complaints with the FCC posbbily the BBB if I can find the company responsible. They won't like war with me! So take all steps needed to drive this company insane.

I also got charged for 9.99 for this service I did not want and never signed up for, we went to the Alltel office in town, they had us text the 654-654 and put stop in the text, I got a text back saying that I have been unsubscribed from there service. I hope I don't get a bill next month with the same charges.
I would also know how a company can get by with it, and some one not doing anything about it, like these cell phone companies, why can't they put a block on this stuff??? It better not happen again!

Predicto Mobile has charged me 9.99 on my cell phone bill for charges I never signed up for. It is some scam for voting and trying to win money.
I never ordered it and don't want it!!! My cell phone company will try and help this time with the charges but who knows next time. I text the 654-654 number and put stop in the text, they then sent me something back saying I was unsubscribed, so I better be!!! How can this happen??? There should be a way to protect the consumers from these scams!!! What about people who just pay there phone bill and don't see the extra charge, it isn't right!!!! Well if mine don't stop after this month is done, count us in!!! I am tired of being billed for something we didn't order!!! I did the text 654-654 like Alltel told me to do, and also called them just now, they said I would get no future bills, and that I was unsubscribed, we will see!
Why can't Alltel and these other companies put blocks on these people and if we want their service we can contact them and say to unblock it!!! Something needs to be done, we should not have to pay for such services, and it is nothing but junk and false crap any ways!!!!

I filed a complaint online with the FCC so I hope something will get done about it now.

Please do not text me anything to my cellular phone.
