clever SOBs arent they!! now i'm getting repeated txts and calls from 2 different numbers...boatload of emails showed up immediately after i closed out. when the txt came thru i immediatley replied STOP tho one same company may have to go to their website to unsubscribe!

If you get text messages from them and are charged call them and ask for a refund. If they will not give you a full refund contact the BBB better business bureau. I did that and I received a full refund within 2 weeks.

Same here.  Text sent to my cell phone from 654654 - Predicto Mobile - and a $9.99 charge was placed on my cell phone on the same date.  Jerks.  I called my carrier to question the 1/30/10 charge and learned that this company sent another text AND charged another $9.99 yesterday!  Fortiunately my carrier (Cellular South) immediately removed the unauthorized charges and blocked them from making future charges to my account.

Shouldn't the FBI go after these thieves?

Call your carrier and tell them to block this company from texting your cell.  They should also refund your cell account for these unauthorized charges.
