We are getting these calls daily, no one speaks when I answer.  I've called back and was put on hold.  We own a Dodge truck and have recently had service, but this is highly annoying.

IV GOT THIS CALL 2 DAYS IN A ROW..NO MESSAGE, IV HAD MY DODGE RAM FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS NOW...SUCKS

They have called me twice, and everytime i answer the phone it is silence.
It's annoying me.

Company keeps calling and the call drops after I pick up.  Received a call at 9:00pm PDT while trying to put my 2 year old daughter to sleep.  Called the number back and it says, "Please wait for the next available representative.  This call may be monitored for quality assurance." and then the call drops.

I am having same problem, I am determined to eliminate the call.

Here is how to get back at companies that do this.  If you can get the fax number to the company and have access to a fax machine, print up a couple of dozen pages of nothing but black pages and send them as a fax to the company and as the last page is being scanned and sent, place the pages that was just scanned back into the feeder.  They get a never ending black fax that makes them go crazy, not to mention it burns out the toner/ink or print ribbon and wastes paper on their fax machine.

Also do this, if you have a cell and land line do this simoutaneously.  Dial them back on both at the same time and wait for a live operator.  When they get on the phone, hang up.  Immediately hit redial.  Do this for as long as you wish.  It will pissed them off greatly!!!  I did this to the number 1-800-364-4092 that they ended up disconnecting the number within hours not to mention wasting their money since they get charged for every incoming 800 call.  The more phones you can dial at the same time the better.  Try this to...  dial them on one phone and another at the same then put one phones mic onto the other phones earpiece and have them talk to themselves!!!!!!  VERY FUNNY!!!!!  I did this for almost 30 minutes.

These methods have been tried and tested!!  Now telemarketers don't call me anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Anytime one does, I repeat the same thing over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every company in the US who does telemarketing calls or surveys or calls any private lines should go to prison for harassement. I really hate you guys, get a job, get a live, stop making other peoples live miserable.

Where I come from, this is against the law, would be about time the government does something about it.

Same with the Visa cards in the mail...

Its just embarassing...

Ok..So i called the number back and spoke to Dan.  I found out that Dan is located in Orem Utah.  I kept asking for the fax number and he wouldnt give it.  I asked for the address and he wouldn't give it.  He let out that his bosses name was Marcie (as I asked to speak to her).   I did on online search or marketing in orem, utah and found A Diaologue Marketing at 801-229-2293 and got their directory.  I found Marcie's number on there at ext 5124.  Please give her a call and complain, I am sure she will want to hear it.  I called Dan back to see if she was his boss and he said yes.  BINGO!!!!

Your reasons are certainly untrue.  

Your company does not do the following (which is illegal)

Give a return number
Give and address
Have a dont call list when asked to do so

Your business is not done with people that have been at those companies in the last 6 months.  You are either told this in order to defend, or you are just lying.  If you are soliciting business you are telemarketing.  If we call you, then the rules are different.  The do-not-call procedures must be in writing and be available on demand.

The caller must provide the called party with the name of the individual caller, the name of the person or business for whom they are calling, and a phone number at which you can reach that person or business.
Do-not-call requests must be honored for ten years.
Violations of the above within any one-year period entitle you to sue for $500. THESE ARE THE LAWS

Most telemarketers, even those that are exempt from the Do Not Call Registry, are still required to maintain their own company-specific do not call list. If you are contacted by a company that is exempt from the National Registry, you can request to be placed on the company's internal do not call list. You can take advantage of this strategy even if you do not subscribe to the National Registry.
If the company calling is a telemarketing firm, ask for your number to be put on both Do Not Call Lists: the telemarketing firm and the company they are representing.
Also, ask whether they make calls for any other companies. If they say yes, ask them not to call you on behalf of any entity.

1-800-364-4092.  I have no idea who they are calling my cell.  I had my cell put on the national do-not-call list.  If it is a Dodge dealer, I own a Jeep.  They have no reason to call me.

DME - Customer Interaction Center.  These people are telemarketers who are ignoring the national do-not-call registry, I've had my number listed on that list for about 8 months.  I called DME back and they said they call conducting surveys for car dealerships, in my case Day's Baum Blvd Dodge/Chrysler in Pittsburgh, PA.  All I did was get my car inspected there last year.  They have no business giving my number to a telemarketer.

REMEMBER, sometimes its a wrong number. so dont automatically think its you actually wanting to be talked to. just relax and be nice to the operators.

we are not telemarketers. okay, so get that into your head. we do you people a courtesy of calling you to see how your service went. if you dont want the call, simply call back and say NICELY that you dont want the call. why? because it saves us the hassle of hearing your voice. another reason, we are always nice and courtesy people right back. and you are not getting hung up on. its an internal computer program calling you, when we hang up a call, we then "catch" another one. any call we dont "catch" is hung up on. so please please please do us all a favor, and be polite. this world is crazy, and people need the money. this isnt a job that we hate, we enjoy it, and the company. so please do us all a favor, and just be nice. put yourself in our shoes and think how it would be. thank you, have a great day! :]
