Thank you Kristin..or whatever your name is...You were kind and polite...There was nothing bad about the call...we didn't crawl threw the phone and get you...we didn't trick you into anything...we asked if you would consider servicing your vehicle at the dealership next time it was due for service....thats is..no harm no foul...Maybe Kristin could teach some of you some manors...Or how to treat other US citizens...Or would you rather the calls be shipped out of the USA to some other country...This is why most US citizens don't have any jobs...Because we are by nature the rudest country there is...No wonder they think of Americans as bullies...Instead of saying...This is my fellow american, We want to HELP our people keeps food on the table...HELL no if we are incovienced in the slightest we raise hell..So what that you have to get off your lazy butts to answer a phone...I get these all the time....What is the big deal...Don't give them your cell number if you don't want them to call you on it...I give them my home phone...They are pepole just like you and I...What if that was your mom, your sister, your daughter...Maybe one day it will...Be nice you may need them one day...When your done a disjustice at one of these places...

Sorry linda that you had to post that you are in debit...But we are most certainly not a collection agency...We make service remnder calls and follow up on your service visit...We don't try to get you to pay your bills...But if you did pay them...those people wouldn't call you either...

Wow is all I can say....Please do your home work before you post things you know NOTHING about...DME...does not purchase anything from these dealerships...we are hired by the dealership to follow up and make sure the salesman didn't do you wrong, or that something else happened...Instead of being grateful that they care enough as a company to make sure you were satisfied...you complain...If they didn't call you would complain that they didn't care...We dont' buy or sell anything...All the info we have is your number WHICH YOU PROVIDED and the make and model of car...We also state that we are calling on BEHALF of the dealership...Come on people...it's a simple phone call to follow up on your visit...You guys act like a spolied child who can't have it's way...Trying to out joop the other...Are we as Americans that vain?? Please tell me that we aren't...

You are an incredible jerk. I happen to know EXACTLY why they are calling. they are calling to follow up on your service vist to a car dealership. You are a [***] for treating people like that. It is a man or woman who works hard and takes [***] all day from people like you. You most likley scared the [***] out of a little old woman who is trying to supplement their social security. If you dont want to be called, fine, tell them politely, and they will take you off the lists. And they call you despite the NDNC because YOU have a business relationship with the company you are calling on behalf of. So quit being a jerk and use a little courtesy with people who work hard just like YOU do.

Keep getting phone calls...no one is on line....no messages left when I pick up.  Get calls at least 2 to 3 times a week.

Just so you know the number that called you is a company that does the calls on behalf of the dealership, and they are trying to follow up on your service experience.   Being an idiot and screaming at someone will NOT do anything.  Be an adult and ask to be put on the Do Not Call list and you will be placed on our DNC list.  Just because you are on "the national do not call list" doesn't mean anything, if you provide your number to a business, you are consenting to the call.  If you don't want people to call you, DON'T GIVE OUT YOUR NUMBER!!!!

We do the follow up calls for the dealership, if you don't want to be contacted, simply ask to be placed on the do not call list.  If you don't want people calling you, DON'T GIVE OUT YOUR NUMBER.  Even if you are on the national do not call list, if you give someone your number you are consenting to the follow up.

We do the calls on behalf of dealerships to follow up with your service visit.  Some times there is a slight delay in the connection of the call, we do not dial the calls ourselves, we have a computer that does it for us.  If you don't want to be called, tell us to put you on the do not call list, and we will not contact you any more.  If you provide someone with your contact information you are consenting to the call.

We are following up with your service.  If you don't want to be contacted, DON'T GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION.

Tell them to put you on the do not call list,  they are just trying to follow up with your service at a dealership.  If you don't want to be contacted DON'T GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION!!
