I have had Sage local and long distance for about 8 years with no 3rd party billig ever, AT&T for 6 months with multiple invalid third party filing charges. Looks like AT&T is the problem.

I didn't receive a phone call, but, when I opened up my business account A T & T phone bill for the month I saw that my bill was 50% higher.  I looked on the back page of the bill and there were charges from ILD Teleservices, Inc., for $53.55 for on-line Yellow Pages internet ad.  I asked my employees if any of them authorized this ad and they said no.  I called ILD and they tried telling me the owner of our company authorized this ad.  I put ILD on hold and I called the owner and asked him if he authorized this and he said absolutely not.  I got on the line with ILD and told them the owner did not authorize this ad and to get their charges off my phone bill.  They did and they also informed me that charges would show up on my October invoice, but, they would credit those charges back as well.  

I then called A T & T and asked them if they were aware of the scam ILD is pulling and they said they are.  I don't quite understand why these phone companies are allowing these charges to be added to the phone bill.  It would seem to me that the only charges on an A T & T phone bill should be charges from A T & T only.

I was billed $15.95 on my Verizon bill, when I called Verizon they said it was from a billing company other than theirs. It's a billing company that bills for a corporation named "911 LLC". I called the 1800433-4518 and a non English native speaking man. He agreed to take the charge off and block future calls from this billing company. This is a total fraud, the Verizon rep told me I did not have to pay the $15.95 charge and it would not affect my pay standing. The man claimed I signed up on line, a total lie.

I charges for ID Select Security INC. for $13.82.  I also just got billed $8.43 on my ATT bill for Transaction Clearing.  It says for VOICE MSG SVC SETUP.These are both scams and fraudulent. Why is ATT allowing them to do this? It makes no sense. I'll deal with it tomorrow during business hours but I am very frustrated with this. This is crazy!

I was charged $7.60 by ILD Teleservices at 800-433-4518. Number not valid but thanks to this website I called 866-568-6367. They asked for name and address and said they would send a check for that amount in 5-7 business days and put a block so no more charges. The jibberish on the bill and the date might be when I let someone use my phone to call the "free information" number.

Obviously this is a SCAM SCAM SCAM. I also contacted my carrier to have a block put on my bill for any future third party charges.

This 800 number is really a big time scam.  Why is this allowed to happen and it is not only AT&T and Verizon but probably all phone companies.  Mine is Frontier Telephone.  I supposidly got a full refund by this scamming company after calling them but I will have to wait and see if this is true.  NOTE: For at least Frontier they put a block for other companies making charges without my permission.  From what I have read here some phone companies do not even offe that.  Sad thing is that I have to ask the phone company to please not allow others to scam me.

It's for an unauthorized charge on my CenturyLink phone bill!!!  These people are going to wish they never messed w/me.  I dealt with them last month and they only credited a partial charge, but then charged me again!  Supposedly CenturyLink was to put a block on any 3rd party charges.  This ILD Teleservices SUPPOSEDLY should have taken my number off.  They claim I completed some 2 page internet form to approve them.  Not even.  I've never seen an e-mail from them.

Yep, I got the ILD scam also. Cancelled after it was on the phone bill. Was told by ILD that I filled out an application. No way, not me. They won't give me a credit, just will discontinue billing. What a scam.

Yes, got the ILD scam too. ILD cancelled on my call, but will not credit my ATT bill. Said I needed to go to ISP server and put in the code he gave me and it will show I filled out a registration form. What crap and what a scam. You can't review your phone bill careful enough these days.

Indeed.. I just got my bill with this number on it.. I have been charged 80+ dollars for calls  I never made. so this place is still scamming people

This is an tactic learned, unfortunately for us, from our government; the very elected officials who are supposed to do good for us. These officials take it off us every day in so many ways it's just about impossible to keep up with the looting going on.  This is just another example.  You think this is bad; wait until you see the cost per capital of the national debt, especially the new amount.  The change Obama said he would make is now all that is left in your pocketbook or wallet.  AKA chump change....guess who the chumps are!

I suffered the same ILD illegal charges. I called Verizon and the customer service representative named Jed Gibbs helped to remove the charge and credit back to my account. However, he advised me to call 1-800-433-4518 and I could not get through...

I just got a $16.00 charge on my ATT bill from these apes at  1- 800 -433-4518 . I pointed my wife in their direction & pulled her trigger ........ They agree'd quickly that they were wrong & refunded our money >:-]

I received a $14.99 an unauthorized charge on my AT&T phone bill from US Music Find which was processed through ILD Teleservices at 1-800-433-4518. US Music Find provides a cellphone ring-tone service through USMUsicFind.com and ILD processes their fees and charges them to individual landline accounts.

After doing some more digging, it turns out an unknown individual had opened a "Hotmail" email account using my husbands name. In the 22 years I've been with my husband, he has NEVER had an email address with hotmail or anyone else for that matter. So whoever it is, stole my husbands identity and fraudulently placed charges to my home phone billed in my name. I consider this two separate instances of "Identity Theft and Fraud".

Complaints have been filed with AT&T, ILD Teleservices, the FTC, Michigan State Attorney General, US Music Find, MSN Hotmail and will soon be filing with the local sheriff once as much information as possible at my end can be complied.

I have also requested that AT&T block any and all third party charges to our home phone.

I encourage anyone who has fallen victim to this type of crime to file complaints with all the proper authorities and have their landline blocked from third party charges.

This happened to me and I'm not happy about it. A class action suit needs to be filed.

I recieved this same billing called my telephone service and they can block these 3rd party billings. I suggest that everybody call there phone service company and have these 3rd parties blocked.

Found $34.95 on my Centurylink phone bill for WEB HOSTIN.  Called the 800-433-4518 number.  A message on the number said call 10-15-15-8000, and that it was a new national calling system in Nevada.

I DID NOT CALL. I 'googled' the number and saw everyone's comments about this number.

I called 800-433-4518 again, and got to a 'live' person that represented themselves as ILD Teleservices they are a 3rd party billing company in my case, they billed for LOCAL BIZ USA.  Who set up a website for me, 'authorized' by one of my employee's who is a 'yard boy' who just happened to answer the phone when a guy called to 'verify' our company's name and address.

He 'verified' that they had the correct name & address, and they started billing us for 'web hosing' Aug & Sept.  I wonder what information they had on my 'web site' they supposedly set up?

I disputed the charges with the phone company & informed LOCAL BIZ USA took names.  Should be getting credited for the charges within the next billing period -- we'll see.

I too was surprised about a charge that I found on my phone bill for $12.95.  The phone number they charged it to is a phone line that is only hooked up to our alarm system so they could not have talked to anyone in our household.

I called my phone company CenturyLink and they reversed the charges and had me call the phone number.  If you call from you residential number all you get is a message stating the phone message box is full.  However, I insisted that my phone company call them after I told them it was a scam and when they called they answered and patched me through.  I talked to a "Tasha" who apparently is a person with no regard to honesty and she stated they were cancelling it and crediting my account. Crediting my account for something I never authorized!!!!!  She gave me a confirmation number and I called and gave it to my phone company.  Hopefully, if enough people do this we can put one more scam business out of business.  MAKE YOUR PHONE CALL ON YOUR BEHALF.

didn't receive a call, just a charge on my bill for services from musicet.com....interesting as I have NEVER heard of that website.  The phone companies need to address this garbage....it happened to me earlier this year and I had four months of charges that I didn't catch cuz I do a paperless bill and didn't always check it....I watch it like a hawk now.
