- Robin S| 1 replyI also saw a $1.95 charge to my credit card from from these folks. It was somehow related a purchase from Shari's Berries? Their Privacy statement, http://www.berries.com/custserv/customerservicemain.jsp?cid=2, has the following web sites listed as part of the same parent company:
www.proflowers.com
www.cherrymoonfarms.com
www.secretspoon.com
www.berries.com
www.redenvelope.com
www.uptownprime.com
www.providecommerce.com
www.prvd.com
So you may see this from any of them? - BH replies to Robin SGood work tracking down these criminals. We ordered from Cherry Moon Farms in May and immediately got hit with a $1.95 charge and then monthly $14.95 charges. Up until now I thought it was our Maryland EZ Pass account (electronically pays tolls on highways and bridges on the East Coast) as the description was EZSVER RW ID052269092 800-355-1837 MD
- jj| 1 replyI have been charged for 12 months with 12.95/mon. I called 800-355-1837, they said they will issue full refund. I'm waiting to see the money.
- killerbee replies to CraigThat is horrible that they can scam people like this. I will never use proflowers.com again in my life time. 1800flowers.com is so much better or use your local florist. Proflowers.com won't last long with this kind of crap!! Not in this economy!
- killerbeeJust got the $14.95 charge and had no clue what it was for. Now I know... what a scam! I will never use proflowers.com again EVER!!

- Jon replies to JustinYep, I got nicked by this too. I just called the number and figured out that after I placed my order from ProFlowers, a pop-up came up that offered $15 off my next order. All I had to do to get it was put in my email address. Apparently, in the fine print, I "opted in" to this marketing deal by doing that. Irritating. I called the number and opted back out.
- Victim#?????????It definetly must have come from Proflowers as I have been charged since January for this - 1.95 in Jan and 14.95 since. I ordered proflowers also. They had gotten my business before, but never more. I too am raising cane with everyone over this.
- ErnestWhat a Scam. ANd I make Pro F;pwers.com responsible for this also. They are sneaky charged my credit card. I saw the advertisement and made sure not to click on it but they still charged my account.
- Caller: EZSAVER
- KCDSaw debit for $1.95 on my account-unauthorized. Called 800-444-9800 and talked with helpful CS agent. I recently purchased online at Oriental Trading Company and was asked to complete a survey following the purchase. I did so and as a result "joined" Easy Saver. Of course, I didn't authorize this debit nor did I join any program. The CS agent cancelled my "membership" without argument or pushy selling and is refunding my account.

- Casey replies to Justin| 1 replyI just called the 800 number as well and they stated I signed up for some super saver deal in which the automatically withdrew 1.00 and 1.95 from my account in which I did not authorize. They lady on the phone was very sweet and she said the refund should be showing back up in 7-10 business days. Until then I am greatful she was nice and I will wait for my refunds. Oh, the company I did order from that sent that info out was Oriental Trading...guess my next email will be to them. Thanks for all the helpful advice on this board!
- Trish replies to KristenI suggest you all contact the companies whose sites you visited or ordered from that signed you up. I got hit by EZSaver from Sherri's Berries, I have also seen people reporting oriental Trading Co and Porflowers
- jaggwireScammed us through the website Oriental Trading Company. We will no longer purchase from a vendor that allows scum to advertise (pretending to offer $10 off the next purchase). The practice should be illegal. I'm working to see that it is.

- TonyI also received a fraudulent charge from "EZ Saver". At the end of my checkout with ProFlowers, I clicked on an ad from them to save $15 on my next order. I believe that is what allowed whoever "EZ Saver" is to get my bank info. Luckily, my bank notified me, and we canceled the card and I didn't have to pay that charge. I have done plenty of business with ProFlowers and I've never had this issue. I think it was just because of that post-order savings I was looking for. I called up Pro-Flowers and they're going to honor the same price I got on the flowers when my new card shows up. Good luck!

- Valley replies to SandyI had the same thing just happen to me. I called the number and spoke with a very nice lady who explained that I had clicked on a coupon offer which enrolled me in some sort of "savings program" for money off different things like dining, and tickets for some events. I asked to be removed and to dis-enroll me which she was very accommodating to do.
- JJ replies to MelindaSame thing happened to me, proflowers is a rip off of your funds. I was only suppose to pay $79 and the total when I subitted jumped to $108 I will let others know NOT to use this site for anything. best thing is to go through local florists!
- Jeanneit just happened to me, a charge on my checking account... and my bank account was very low (today is pay-day). It cost me an extra $35 in overdraft fees!!
- GOT SCAMMED replies to jjDID YOU EVER GET YOUR REFUND??
- turboMy roomate just found another charge from these guys, it listed on her statement as "EMI MARKETING ENCORE" and that part that makes her the maddest is this she's already called them twice about cancelling this thing. The statement listed the 800-444-9800 number that seems nobody answers. I did see earlier posts gving a 800-648-9977 that someone else found useful.
- sprath replies to Mike HExactly the same thing has happened to me. I ordered some flowers with ProFlowers, and paid for the flowerds. Then today I noticed a recurring charge of $14.95 every monthfor May-August. I have informed my credit card bank about the fraud, but don't know how it will turn out. Peo Flowers is a scam.
