- DebraI called Easy Saver today and was treated very nicely three Far Eastern Indian men named 'Scott", "Alex" and "Joseph". As anyone else, they are working to make a living, and are not the people who actually create these fraudulent memberships. I am learning that any internet transaction is subject to fraud activity and checking my accout more often. These charges were occurring since 11/09, and I had no idea ... my bad!!! I am happy with the cancellation of this membership and refund to follow ... daily!!!! I hope anyone else who has experienced this calls to get it corrected, even though it does take a bit of time and aggravation.

- DanI ordered flowers from 1-800-ProFlowers via web contact (Glenn Beck endorsed). I provided my e-mail and credit card information to purchase only flowers for Mommy-O on Mother’s Day. With just a few clicks I was now unknowingly enrolled in the EZ Saver program for $15.00 per month with recurring monthly billing. The endless e-mails from Pro-Flowers was bad enough but then months later I realized that I was enrolled in the EZ-Saver program through Pro-Flowers. Imagine that!!! $15.00 off delivery and you get crooked into a BS deal to boot. I finally called the Hajji operator to de-register and the BBB, now here we are.
They sent this back; 4-7-11
Dear Dan,
Thank you for contacting ProFlowers. Please accept my most sincere apologies. I understand that you enrolled in our Easy-Saver Rewards partner program and that enrollment in this program was not your intention. I have called Easy-Saver Rewards on your behalf in order to cancel your membership and obtain a refund. When I called I found that your membership has already been cancelled and the refund of (1 months x $14.95 a month) has already been applied. I then had them refund the additional charges of (XYZ) and $1.95, the full amount of fees charged to you for this program. In most cases you will see the refund appear on your billing statement in just a few days, however please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refunds to process, depending on the terms of your specific card issuer. We have a partnership with EasySaver Rewards where we provide customers an opportunity to click on and enroll in their service from our ? order confirmation page? after placing an order with us. I?d like to apologize for any confusion you may have had over the enrollment process with this partner offer. (XYZ) credits will refund back to your credit card and the remaining will be issued by a check sent to the address you provided. If we can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards, CS Sherry V (specialmembership@customercare.proflowers.com) Customer Care.

- Debbie BeasleyI have been receiving a charge for $14.95 a month after a purchase from oriental trading. I assume I saw a 'deal' of saving $10.00 on this order and clicked it. I called the number that was on my account and the lady with a heavy accent reading from a script told me I signed up for the program and it was clearly detailed that I authorized the monthly charge!!!! I am so upset, for a while now they have been withdrawing money from my account. Then she was bold enough to offer a whole year membership for one more charge of $14.95 and coupon for outback steakhouse!!!! Ok I am blonde but not that blonde.
Grrrrr.... She did say she would stop the automatic withdrawal.- Caller: easy saver

- Cindi replies to SandyGood for you! I just found a $1.00 charge on my account; supposedly waiting for correct amount from merchant. Had looked into MajicJack the other day and found it was way too expensive. Did not give all my account info and am now wondering if they're trying to rip me off also. Just had a problem with 'free' Skype. The bank gave me my $10.30 back and are still trying to recover the money from Skype. Be aware; they are NOT free and are from another country who charges the $.30 because it's from out of this country. I also filed a complaint with the BBB as they would not refund my money as stated. All these rip-offs!
- Cindi replies to mikeWell, that's not right answer either Mike. For sure you won't get a refund; if that's what you're after. Kill them with kindness; that's what I do. I also file complaints with BBB and get a dispute going with my bank. Hit 'em in the pocketbook millions of times; get them out of business. I say.
