- david| 1 replyso i am supposedly getting the money refunded to my account.
this company didnt get my credit card info from proflowers or anything like that.
they actually got it through a government car auction thing i signed up for and canceled about 3 months ago.
and i just now got this charge.
im pretty pissed off, but im afraid i dont really know what to do about it.- Caller: ESI
- Tanna replies to Lynn| 1 replyDitto. I had the exact same problem and just spoke with someone at 800-355-1837 and they said it was a "monthly membership fee" relating to a ProFlowers purchase I made in March. They are canceling the membership, as well as issuing a refund to my credit card.
- Eddie replies to davidThis is crazy. Im reading everyones post. I just saw the $1.95 charge on my acct. Obviously just like all of you, I never authorized it. I tried calling the 800-444-9800 phone number and no luck. I dont know where they got my info from, but its pretty scary.
- MarvI thought I was nuts, thinking I was going to get a discount on my next flower purchase, and that I should have paid more attention, this validates my suspicions about this.

- JIMOrdered Mother's Day Flowers from (you guessed it) PROFLOWERS.COM a few days ago with my MCard. Logged into my MC account about an hour ago to find that "a new card has been sent due to suspicious activity". I called my credit card company to see what was going on and they told me about a 1.95 charge from EZ-SAVERS and told me to call 18004449800. Now I read all of these posts and see what is going on. Luckily Mastercard caught on to the scam before I did. No more proflowers for me!!!
- Pissed Customer replies to PatSTHIS BULL happened to me as well. I'm online checking my account and then I see a transaction from my check card dated for today when I haven't even been shopping today.
I immediately called the 1800 number and spoke to someone stating that all I wanted was the damn flowers and I didn't sign up for any special club membership.
Mary Ellen said that they will be refunding my money between 7-10 business days (im with you on that one, lets see if it happens). If I don't get my money back someone is going to hear from me again.
I am HIGHLY pissed. I WILL NEVER recommend or refer or use Proflowers again. I am also going to file a claim as well.
How can you order something and then be signed up for something where you are charged again.... Proflowers has not heard the end of me...
This is def. some bull - GodBlessJoanieI ordered a caftan from Blair and they offered a $15 coupon on my next shipment. I clicked OK and as a result there's a $1.95 charge which now appears on my card. I called the 800 number sand they promised to give me back my $1.95. There was no hassle, but the credit may take a few days. What a rip off. Next, I'll telephone Blair 800-821-5744 and complain about their marketing. Apparently the $1.95 is a processing fee for the coupon! What crap.

- Rachel replies to Justin| 3 repliesI moved away... out of state and thought for mothers day I would send my mom flowers (proflowers) and it wasn't cheap for my budget and now I've been enrolled in a membership that is draining my bank account!!!! I thought at first someone had my account info, called the number and searched online until I found an answer. Until tomorrow I'm clueless about a refund! Which better happen!!! I will not be useing proflowers in the further!

800-444-9800 easy saver - Melinda replies to cheryl| 1 replyordered flowers from proflowers for mothers day and the same thing happened not happy andwillnot order from them again
how do you stop this - KellyThis number was on my credit card as a reference for a $14.95 charge that I did not authorize. I called the number and it is something that I was duped into signing up for after ordering flowers from ProFlowers (whom I will never be doing business with again for other reasons).
Call the number and they will refund the charges to your card. - Jeff replies to Rachel| 2 repliesI had the same charge and found the problem by Googling the number and ending up on this board. Thanks for the info. I called and got the membership cancelled and a refund to my account. And yes, it was from a Proflowers order. BTW - The person I talked at the Easy Saver number was very helpful and easily placed a refund without arguement.
- Helen MacDermottSame here as everyone else. Noticed a weird charge for $14.95 -- EZ SAVER ID049449508 8004449800 PA -- on my credit card. I did order flowers from ProFlowers who can rest assured they are NEVER getting my business again. Asking for the money to be refunded was no big deal though -- I think the customer service reps are used to it by now.

- lesI looked at my credit card statement online and in a matter of 6 days, I had three $19.80 charges from 8004449800. I was outraged. I called the number and after being on hold for two minutes, I spoke to a rep who said I had three subscriptions. I demanded that I be unsubscribed and refunded. She was very calm, said okay, and assured me I would be refunded within 7-10 business days. I will let you know what happens.
I got a confirmation number of the call just as a word of advice. Also, I think this came because I was going to buy a car through a gov. car auction. Never again...- Caller: Easy Saver
- Vikki p replies to Rickafter reporting this has anyone received a refund from proflowers?
- Mike H| 2 repliesI ordered flowers for my wife's birthday in Feb 2008. I was charged for the flowers from PROFLOWERS. An additional charge of $1.95 showed up from EZSVER in February. Then unnoticed by me until July 2008 there has been a monthly charge of $14.95 per month from "EZSVER 8004449800" each month thereafter. I called the 800 number and they told me I must have signed up for the "EZ Saver Plan" when I purchased the flowers in February 2008.
This was a one time purchase. I had not before and have not since purchased anything from "PROFLOWERS". I would not have signed up for any EZ saver plan and definately would not sign up for a plan that would cost $14.95 per month. The person I talked to at the 800 number said she would cancel the monthly charge. When I asked her about all the back charges she said she could only authorize and additional month to be rebated.
BE CAREFUL!! I feel that PROFLOWERS IS SCAMMING PEOPLE! I will never buy from PROFLOWERS AGAIN AND AM INFORMING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, ETC. - NORTHRECEIVED THE CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT FOR 19.80, 2X IN 12 HOURS! I NEVER ORDERED FROM PROFLOWERS, THOUGH. CALLED COMPANY AND SAID THEY WERE EASY SAVER, WHOEVER THEY ARE! THEN IT CAME THROUGH AGAIN WITH THE NUMBER 1-888-643-4763, LISTED AS AMERICAN LEISURE, BUT LO AND BEHOLD YOU CALL AND IT IS THE SAME COMPANY!!!!

- CrazdwriterThis is total [***]! I haven't called yet but I will and am pissed off. I never bought anything from stupid proflowers.com nor will I ever and I get charged not for them but for some stupid EZ saver or whatever it is. Not happy!
Seriously WHAT IS WRONG WITH [***] WHO THINKS IT IS OKAY TO SCAM PEOPLE SERIOUSLY!!!!!
And nobody called me it just showed up on my account. stupid [***]! - Ernie EI got these charges on my credit card account after ordering from proflowers. I was cordial during the call and the representative I spoke too immediately cancelled the account and said my money would be refunded in 7-10 days. I had my Best Buy Credit card pull the same thing on me when i opened the account. Each purchase i made was under "insurance" which the company took out 10% of my balance each month as the payment for sed insurance. I called and cancelled that as well with a bit more of a problem than I did with this EZ Saver. Again, just call, be cordial and calm, have your transactions in writing in front of you. And there is nothing they can do but refund the amount and cancel the account if you tell them to.
- Jim replies to Justinhello people im in the military and i have received the same issue....19.80 has been coming out of my account since February of this year and its now august.......lets just say Im not very happy
in some transactions they took money out twice in one day three in one week!!
I want my f***en money back! - mike replies to casey| 2 repliesim blowing up there building tommorow and that should solve the problem i advised them to not have any employees at work tommorow so all i can say is watch me fix the problem myself
