EMI*ENCORE MARKETING - 800-444-9800, MD - Wayne replies to CaseyYes, I also got snagged by Oriental Trading. I think I'll find another vendor to trade with. The Phone Operator was sweet, also and for a good reason. These guys are operating on fringe of the law.
- NataliaSo far I've gotten 149.95 worth of charges from the same company. I called and was able to get a full refund because of their 100% customer satisfaction policy. At first they told me they were only going to refund 4 months worth of charges, however, I kindly refused to accept that and demanded that I get a full refund and...Again, I was able to get the full refund. Just call the 800 number next to the name of the company and don't back down if they give you an unacceptable answer.
- Caller: Easy Saver
- minniemama2003| 1 replyThis just happened to me today 12/19/09-
Yesterday, I checked my acct & wondered who the hell it was taking money out of my acct & it was a company I never heard. The 1st transaction they posted stated on my acct as Money Saver & the 2nd they did TODAY was called EMI*ENCORE MARKETING 800-444-9800. This is BS! And I'm getting down to the bottom of it... even if it means court. These people have no right! - Tiffany replies to JustinI just got charged $1 and $1.95 from EMI ENCORE MARKETING, and EASY SAVER. I called 800-444-9800 and received a WONDERFUL woman on the other end. The Easy Saver ($1.95) was supposedly from something I signed up for. Maybe I did, who knows. The EMI of $1 was a charge to check the credit card I used. It will drop off on its own. But the woman immediately put the credit back on my card. She was extremely nice.

- EllenI didn't even buy flowers!!!! I was trying to make a transaction and it told me that I had insufficient funds, so I check and EASY SAVER 800-444-9800 MDUS (what ever that is) was shown to have charged me $14.95!!! I don't even know when I would have clicked on some advertisement for these people! This is ridiculous!!!
- Jeremy| 1 replyI just looked at my card statement and i have 2 different charges that i didn't make.
one form easy saver $1.95
and one from emi encore marketing $1.95
i never even purchased flowers so i don't understand
both of the companies have the same number next to them 1-800-444-9800
but it says there not open right now, guess I will try another day but I'm pissed that they got my card info this easy without me knowing - EZSVER Sucks replies to JeremyI just noticed the charges from EZSVER RW on my CC. Called the 800 number and they told me that I subscribed to the service when I made a purchase from Sherries Berries, berries.com. I told them that I made no authorization for them to charge my card and that I want a refund of the 4 months of $14.95 and one month of $1.95. They politely agreed. I gave them an earful for running a scam, then disputed each of the charges with my cc company. I'll let MasterCard report them for fraud.
- jdmanswell I to received a charge from them and i put a review on here a week or so ago. i finally got threw with the 800-444-9800 number and talked to a very nice lady (I don't think I have ever talked to someone so nice on the phone before)I explained to her that I never signed up for any of the charges, easy saver and emi encore. She said that something happened when i purchased something online and must have not seen it. She told me sorry for the inconvenience and refunded my money no questions asked. The money showed up in my account 3 days after I spoke to her. Before you do anything with your bank i recommend calling that number.

- BarbI received 1.98 twice on bankstatement. I called and it was for memberships that I supose to have signed up for but knew nothing about. The lady was nice and she canceled both. One for an EMI Encore which I never heard of the other was from an order I made and it was to be a gift card offer which I didn't want either.
- CBI have been getting this charge to my acct as well, never signing up for anything. They said I did and kept charging me.
- In Texas replies to lizI had the same problem with Snapfish. Don't know how I got "signed up". Cancelled it then found out that I had only cancelled Snapfish not SnapfishVP. Rude customer service too. We'll see if they actually return my money.
