This number appeared on my bank account with the description of "Easy Saver." The lady on the phone was polite, but asked me a litany of questions which included my phone number that I already had to type in to get through to an operator, my address, and former address, and my name.  Pretty crazy that they were able to charge $14.95 out of my account but not have any of my information correctly. She then explained to me that this scam (my word) was conducted through a ProFlowers purchase. Apparently after the purchase was completed, there was a screen asking if I'd like to save $10 on my next purchase.  I must have inadvertently clicked "yes," which led me to being an Easy Saver member (I was never even explained what their service is, nor did I care, as I didn't want a sales pitch telling me the alleged benefits that I would be missing out on).  Essentially, my debit card number, name, address, and phone number were all transferred from ProFlowers database to Easy Saver's database with the click of a button.  Long story short, I cancelled, and will supposedly have my money reimbursed within 7-10 business days. As a rule of thumb, I always act kindly and speak intelligently with these representatives, as they just merely want a paycheck from these [***] companies.  They're not the schemers. It's the company they work for as well as ProFlowers sneaky ploy to use them as advertisers.  I will be addressing my complaint with ProFlowers and will take my regular two year patronage elsewhere (800Flowers, I suppose).

My circumstances are the same as described in Craig's post of 3 Jan 2008.  I used ProFlowers to buy a Valentine bouquet for my daughter.  I heard about ProFlowers on a favorite radio program that I listen to daily on my way to work.  I will phone that show and let them know about this "sneak attack."  I will NOT use ProFlowers again.

I as well fell victim to this trick from ProFlowers and now trying to get my money back from these crooks.
I will also be filing complaints with the BBB against both ProFlowers for releasing my info like that and Easy Server for unauthorized charges to my credit card.
I will also inform them in writing if I can find an address that I may seek a criminal complaint as well because I do not know who they might have sold my information to.

    This ought to be interesting!!!

It definetly must have come from Proflowers as  I have been charged since January for this - 1.95 in Jan and 14.95 since.   I ordered proflowers also.   They had gotten my business before, but never more.  I too am raising cane with everyone over this.  The 800 number I had for Easy Saver was 800-355-1837.

DIDO -$1.95 and then -$14.95 on my account. I contacted my bank as I have 60 days to report a claim to reimburse my account and get a new card of course. I'll try that number whenever there open for business. I barely ever check my account but I usually don't buy stuff online or pay the bills online either. I might try teleflor.......

I too, purchased online from ProFlowers.  Right after their charge on my credit card bill was another one from EZSaver.  After calling EZSaver at 800-444-9800 I was informed that I signed up for their service when I ordered online from ProFlowers.  I explained that I did not and they agreed to refund the charges - I got a confiration #, so we'll see.
After reading all the other posts here I guess everyone is filing a claim against Proflowers.  So, if you need their address it's: 5005 Wateridge Vista Drive, Second Floor, San Diego, CA 92121.  To top it off, the birthday plant I ordered for $65 for my mother died in 2 weeks!
