In addition to the above class action lawsuit, there is another law firm in White Plains, New York that is preparing a class action law suit against some of these companies that are behind the scams. Any information that you may have that could help them will be appreciated.

I also tried the trial period for $1.95, cancelled the next day, and found out that they have taken $24.90 from my bank account.  It will cost me $20.00 to stop payment, but it will be worth it.

Be sure to cancel any debit cards associated with this account.  You may have stopped one payment, but they will keep coming back for more.  Watch out!

My husband's credit card has been charged 4 times by these creeps.  Have you had any repercussions from these people?  Did they remove all the charges from your account?  This is scary.

Hi Tracey, I have also been scammed by them and I live in the UK as well, I did not sign up to anything, they are liars, cheats and totally bloodyminded and they don't give a damn whether they have caused serious problems with the bank either.  I am now overdrawn and I have been told I have to pay extra for the overdraft.  I am not working, as I am disabled and this kind of money that they have taken will cause me no end of problems covering with the bank.  I hope they rot in hell!

If I had a way to sue the gits I would.

If anybody can help us we would be so grateful.  If you say those telephone numbers are correct, why can't I phone them?  Have you got any other contact details for us please?

i FOUND THIS AND ANOTHER SITES LIKE THIS ONE THANKS THE NUMBER MY BANK ADVISOR GOT TODAY FROM THE CENTRAL OFFICE OF THE BANK ANG GUESS WHAT NR I DID FIND?? 1-800-497-4988 yeah, yeah and another me experienced same situation, after I applied for the google business toolkit or something - $1.95 charged "NORMALLY" and THE $49 SOMETHING NEXT DAY AFTER THAT!! lucky me have REGULAR sms notifications from the bank and next day checked my billing DIRECTLY IN THE BANK SYSTEM advisor and he canceled the card, they didnt call. i am not gonna answer any STRANGE CALLS! That f***** band of idiots robbers and god know what else stealing our money for real!!! I hardly advice to use one of the best options in thIS sitiuation and report it all to FTC(Federal Trade Commission) bUREAU of consumer Protection - https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, thats what im doing right now and also will send them link to actual site WHERE we are now and complaining that RRROOOOBBBBEEERRRRSSSS!!!!!!!!!!! The exact same thing happened to me, I paid $1.97 for a CD I didn't even look at and when someone called me I cancelled.  Still they charged me $49 and $99 that I didn't authorize.  My credit card company gave me the telephone number 1800-497-4988 and I called and argued with them asking for a refund.  They said the charges are non-refundable and gave me a cancellation number but I'm going to cancel the credit card anyway.  These people need to be locked up.

i live in england and i don't know how an american company has got my bank details ive never even heard of them and i certainly have never signed up for anything with them and they took $79 dollars out of my account which is about £48 along with 5 or 6 other small payments of 2p 60p 90p and so on but i tell you something if it was a company in england id be going in and getting my money back physicaly i don't care how but i would get it and im phoning them up tomorrow and telling who ever i speek to to f.....off and ask them if they think there clether by robbing people.

An unauthorized charge showed up on my credit card attached to this phone number.  No answer and no identification on the voice mail

I did not get a call, but I did get charged 99.00 from this company.  I also did not give them any information nor did I order anything from them.  I called my bank and did a police report.  I also had my credit card destroyed.  I called the company (800) 497-4988 and demanded my money back or I was take them to court and sue them.  They have said that they will refund it.  I got a verification number of this.  But, I do not trust it, my bank will refund me.  Beware folks, they are getting your credit card info from some website that you are ordering from.  When they ask you for your address or phone number ask them to read what they have.  Check your accounts every couple of days.  BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!  SCAM SCAM SCAM!
