They will not refund your money, they will claim to have a tape of your voice agreeing to sign up for access to this so called software that will help you to be able to make money from home.

Just like all of you, I have received call from this phone and returned the call.  Upon seeing they were trying to sell something all I have said to them is : take me off your calling list and hung up.  They have called and hung up on me as well. Now I have 2 79.90 charges on my Master Card.  I refuted these charges and I am sending all the Inet info I found on them to my credit card asking these charges be cancelled.

I did this and it was another scam which was VERY difficult to cancel and they charge MONTHLY to your visa not just a one time charge... DON'T DO IT!!!!

I have had 2 Bank account withdrawls from this phone number, one in NOV, 09 in the amount of $99.00 and one in SEPT, 09 in the amount of $4.97.  I called the number in Nov and told them I was not enrolled in the GOOGLE program and to refund my money.  The said they couldn't do that and hung up on me.  Now in JAN of 2010 I have had a withdrawl of $47.88 from Phone # 877-435-6156.  I guess I'm going to have to change my account with my bank.

This so called company has scamed me 3 times,(HOW DUMB CAN I BE), in SEPT of O9 they withdrew $4.97 from my Bank account.  In NOV of 09 they withdrew $99.00 from my account.  They said after I called them that they would refund both of my withdrawls and cancell my account.  I'm sure glad I didn't start holding my breath, I haven't seen a cent.  Just a friendly reminder.  This month, JAN 2010 they have hit my account again for $47.88 using BUSKIT 877-435-6156 phone number, I haven't called them but I don't think it would do any good.  They are a big scam outfit.  I think the only sure way to fix my problem will be to change my account number at my financial institution.  Any other suggestions???????

I didn't authorize any of this and now I am in more debt that I need to be all I did was look into an online job when I found out I was pregnant. Now I am in more debt that I was, these people should be sick at what they are contributing to the economic depression.

Same thing happened to me.  These vultures have been charging my card since 6/2009.  I thought my husband signed up for it and needed it.  He told me that he only signed up for a free one week.  I called them and asked them to credit my account and they said that you should have checked your card before.
I Hope someone with money can sue the heck out of them.

I had charges out of my account for this scam!!!... My Bank the Nationwide BS were brilliant and have claimed the money back for me.

Yep, I am also a victim of this number 800-497-4988 (Eauction). I believe they have an office in America, but majority of people who run and support this kind of scam is actually based in India, because of cheap labor.
Back in June 2009 I was attractive to this scam by their so-called advertise to show people how to run advertises on my website. In their website they asked me to pay, I think, $1 or $1.95 to try out their product. So I opened the account but did not receive username and password to access their hidden product. Then two months later I received a statement from my credit card company for the amount of $69.00 for this scam Eauction company. When I disputed with my credit card company and was put on three ways call. Eauction told me and the rep that it is part of agreement after 7 days trial that I should call them to cancel. In addition my account has been deactivated due to lack funding, but Eauction did not know that I called my credit card reported as fraud and asked to close the account and opened a new one.
If you are thinking to make money by browsing internet for the ways, please stay away or be alert for all the scams out there. I have heard that 99.7 percent ads on the internet that helping you make money are "SCAM".
I have learned one hard good lession.
