I signed up and they took the $79.00 out of my account without me knowing. I got it refunded to my account and cancelled the business account thing and have a cancelation number but they are still taking out $29.40 a month. They will be recieving another call from me on monday. This is B.S. I am just a single mother living on umemployment trying to take care of 2 children under the age of 8. It's not right. They need to be stopped.

I have been charged for 7 months worth of nothing.  My bank will investigate up to 120 days.  That will take care of 4 months, but I'm still out the first 3 months.  I did talk to someone named Bell when I called 800-497-4988.  She told me to call back and talk to a supervisor.  Guess what? Every time since then I've tried to call, the phone just rings and rings and rings.  BTW, I did cancel within the first 7 days after I realized it was a scam.  They said fine, your account has been cancelled, yet the continued to charge me.

I agree to pay 1.95 and now have been charged 2 times 79.90 to my credit card. I have called the phone number and have been unable to get anyone to answer call, so that I could tell them I didnot authorize and charges to my credit card.  I have filed a dispute with my credit card and called and told them that this is a huge fraud.  If anyone can help me get my money back I would appreciate the help.  I am disabled and was looking for any kind of work that I could do on the internet, and fell for there scam.  They called me and after they explained what they offered I told them I was not intrested in starting my own business and to cancel my account.  They didnot do this.  Just really mad at them and my self for falling for a scam. I try to be so carful, but they used the Google name and gave me a false sense that they were reputable company.  I was so wrong.

My story is just like those before me, surfing online and got hooked. My biggest question  is if Netflix is connected to the scam? After all my encounter with 'ProfitStudioLearning.com' was while setting up my trial with Netflix.  Another question, it seems as though this scam has been going on for quite some time now soooo why hasn't anyone in www.ic3.gov been able to shut them down!!!!

Google scammers from Utah phishing for credit card info from fake emails to work at home for Google, just pay a small credit card fee. call back goes to voicemail of Jerry Glick (sp?), Google filed charges with Utah DA 12/8/2009 on this company.

This company is also now using a new number to scam - it is 801-783-5398. I created a new entry for it.

Just go to: ftc.gov and file a complaint like I did today 12/15/2009. I also included the URL's of this website and ripoff reports website, showing the FTC all of the consumers who have fallen victim to these people.

yes got a call from a man named russ and they even new my husbands name and he isnt even on my account...then went to use my debit card for christmas and there was no money a charge for 79.90 unauthorized...we believe this could also becoming from a company called storesonline...now tommorrow i have to call and get my money back on my card and cancel card and get a new one...so please watch out for storesonline...they also said we had won a sweepstakes yeah right....

I have not received any phone calls, but have 2 charges on my credit card.  The first charge was in October and it was for $47.50.  The phonenumber shown on the credit card is 888-260-6631.  I called them and they said they would issue a credit but haven't.  In November, another charge appeared for $99.00 and the phone number for this charge is 800-497-4988.  I believe that this is the same organization as the first one.  I am calling my credit card company to get these charges removed.  If the charges reappear, I will drop the credit card.

I told them if they didn't give back my money I would start a class action law suit. they told me they would give my money back in 7-10 days. I let them know I didn't authorize a payment to come out of my acct. He tried to tell me its on a form. I let him know I never received anything and want my money back. if I don't get my money back I will start a class action law suit against the company. if anyone would like to join me please let me know.

i too have ben scammed by this shower of c..p feel silly but have overlooked the fact that they have withdrew several amounts of cash from my bank ac over the last 2 months total £129 am devastated hope justice is brought to bear with them and quick

I called and cancelled the account today. But how can I get my money refunded??? I got hung up the first time and now I yelled at the second one who answered the phone. I'm waiting for a supervisor now so I can get refunded.

Hello,

There really are no supervisors, and your money most likely will not be refunded.  Contact your financial institution and tell them that these were unauthorized transactions and see if they will reverse the charges.

That is your best hope.  The call center is operated by a third party company in the Phillipines.

I am right now speaking with a customer service rep named Whitney D. at the 1-800-497-4988, these people are professionally trained scammed artist and it is sad that a company would be allowed to operate and stay in exisistence for 13 years according to this manager of Customer and Technical support.
