- CarenI got a letter by mail. They have poor customer care.
- SCAMBrooke's cute little "good luck with your debt though...that is why you got the letter after all" retort is the only reason i'm responding. Half the people reporting having received one of her companies stupid little notices DO NOT EVEN HAVE CREDIT you moron!! I received several notices from CreditArbitrators LLC but do not have ANY debt. I have never had a problem with credit cards. I am so glad this site exists because I was about to waste my time investigating possibly identity theft. This may not be illegal but it is not right. It's pathetic.

- YogieSo glad I read this blog because my family has moved five times in seven years and we thought we may have forgotten a balance on utilities etc. Plus we have out identities stolen so you can imagine we were worried. Called the company to inquire and was not given any plausible information so I asked for them not to send any more info....well Scott did not like that at all! It truly amazed me how rude he got so I let him have it which in turn he got angrier...which made me laugh at myself for believing there was any validity to the letter...they got me this time...NEVER AGAIN...got that Brooke (if your still with the company) and Scott!

- Pelan replies to Justin day| 1 replyI just enrolled too - it is legitimate?
- liz replies to beachcrab10| 1 replyBeachcrab,
I have great credit and don't have any problems paying my bills.
This is a mass mailing that is mailed out to anyone regardless of credit, much like cold calling from a telemarketer.
Scamming people is NOT helping them. This company obviously has a lot of complaints which means they have not helped anyone.
The only way they have helped you is to give you a job. - liz replies to GinaGina,
I would suggest you call all your creditors to make sure they are being payed by this company.
One of the problems with companies like this is that they often take your money saying they will pay the bills and they don't, they pocket it.
For anyone thinking about using a company to negotiate debt, if they ask for money up front, it is not a legitimate company.
There are not for profit companies that can help you with debt negotiation, your county should be able to help you find one.
I can't believe this company is still up and running. - Jess replies to G in the BIG DI have been having the same issues with this company as well! I was so freaked out by their letters that i requested my credit score sent to me. All is well!
I called the company this evening to ask them to take me off of their mailing list. It was the most frustrating call! The man on the phone was extremely rude and he kept going on and on about how he is positive I have debt (I don't). Eventually, I just had to say, "Take me off yours list. Bye." and hang up!
Did they stop sending you letters in the mail once you called them?
Also- I work in Marketing and their letter screams SCAM! There is no company name on top, no logo, etc. etc. etc.
Pathetic! - maThis is a scam.. a big time scam.
- Caller: not stupid
- CatherineThank you for this! I have good credit, and I received one of these letters today. I figured it was a scam, but it is good to know!

- mablair replies to possum20What does this mean?
"completely debt free and my credit score is now on its way to being better than ever"
On it's way to being better? Give me a break. If you are out of debt, then your credit is not "on it's way to being better". This company creates huge amounts of anxiety for innocent people. My first thought was "Oh no, identity theft again!" I think you work for the company. - mablair replies to KV| 1 replyAnother reason this is so obviously fake is that when looking up their address on google maps, there were 2 realtors, a furniture store and something called Facility Interiors. No mention of this company, which obviously changes their name and phone number frequently in order to do additional illicit business.
- Brad replies to mablairtheir suite number is 200 which means they are in an office building with other companies. your conclusions are obviously wrong
- knows more than you replies to lizIts an advertisement if you dont have debt then dont respond, its that simple.
Do you get this upset when you receive an advertisement for weight lose products or wrinkle cream, is that "horrible company" a scam because they are suggesting your fat or have wrinkles....
seriously folks, relax, if you have debt then see if they can help. If you dont then throw it away, its junk mail. and you dont have get in such a tizzy over it. - AnnieThey have changed there address and Phone number 6860 Dallas Pkwy Ste 200 Planto, Tx 75024
Phone # is 1-800-200-7155. They tried to tell me that I had to give up my USSA car insurance before they could help me. The signature was stamped not written. This way the government would not get involved.- Caller: Cra
- Brent replies to possum20Bull! It is a scam. They have no business even knowing my address. They had to have broken the law in order to get it-and information about my car. It can't easily be proven but all my credit files have been blocked for promotional purposes and GM has been constantly instructed NOT to give out my new or old address. Fact: these people illegally obtained my information to send me an advertisement.
- confuse replies to Justin dayhi! if the credit arbitrators is a scam, i am in big trouble now! i started paying $841.00 since December. Pls help me to do something before its too late. where should i turn to? what i suppose to do now?
- NoDebt replies to TammiThey sent me 2 "Final Notices" to Meadiate my debt... that's easy... I don't have ANY... I have several credit cards and they are all $.00 ZERO balance... this is bording on harrassment and if I receive another notice from them I will turn the whole thing over to the post master as mail fraud... It looks really bad in my mail box with huge letters "Final Notice Enclosed" across the mail.
