Received two calls, which we did not answer. Redialed and some guy answers the phone and sounds like they are in a residence. Asked if he called this number and he says, "Must have been the wrong number." and hangs up.

This number is for Chase. I have filed FTC Complaints against them because they will call numerous times a day, even after having spoke with me regarding my auto loan. They claim that since they have multiple outbound call centers that their records don't update quick enough to stop the next call "if they need to speak with you." I'll get calls from the multiple national offices, and then calls from my local branch (collections office) - and then my references will get calls from multiple numbers too. I wish I had never gone with Chase. They are not worth it.

Call numerous times daily if you one day late. Demand payment. Tell you pawn something, borrow money from a family member. Asked for supervisor's name and mailing address and was put on hold. Ask for all your personal information, insurance info, although you would think that info would be sitting there in front of them. Claim they do not have that info. Not impressed with their techniques.

I'm not a dog and I refuse to be treated like one, somethings need to be address with Chase Bank Financial customer service

I to get this calls from Chase. I lost my job and have been trying to get them to refi or modify my loan since Nov 08. They refuse. They would rather repo a car that only has 16pmts left than work with me. When I asked about refinancing, was told Chase Auto Finance does not refinance auto loans. They want me to take my loan someplace else. My burning question is " WHERES THE MONEY WE TAXPAYERS GAVE THE BANKS TO FIX ISSUE LIKE THIS"! They suck and I can't wait to payoff this loan. Like the rest of the workers who lost their jobs, I would think they would rather work with us then take the car and sell it.

A-MEN! I always want to say "You already GOT my money for this loan from all the taxpayers, and yet, you harrass me like I'm not a fellow human being who is 3--count em--THREE DAYS late on loan." They act like I haven't paid them in years and they're afraid they'll never see the money. When in fact, I reiterate, they saw more money than they DESERVED from the government.

This number is a new one, it's been calling me all day since 6.02 ((YES, SIX)) in the morning. Today is a Saturday. Not only can they NOT call on weekends, they are only allowed to call during normal waking hours.

Please, everyone, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, http://www.bbb.org. Chase laughed in my face when I filed a complaint ((they called my mother and brother--my two "references" thank you very much)) all day every day as well, 10+ times MASKING their number. My brother would see his phone ringing, look and see it was my "Mother" and cheerily answer...only to have it be an angry Chase Auto Finance Person bark at him. TOTALLY illegal. The guy on the phone (("ROSS WEB")) would tell my mother and brother I was being investigated for fraud and he needed their help with the matter, in a very menacing and threatening voice ((we still have the recordings)). Again, completely illegal.

The point is, please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I swear, it's SIMPLE to do and in fact I went on a rampage at the time and filled out a few complaints. One complaint won't do a thing, but their complain "numbers" going way up sends them into ratings that they SURELY deserve. Which means less people are likely to use their "service" ((I use the term loosley)). And don't you wish YOU had known how awful they were before YOU signed up?

Make sure you know your rights, and how they're violating them, and PLEASE report them. I know it's a hectic world we live in, but this is for your own good AND others who may make the same horrible mistake in choosing Chase Auto Finance. Be sure to keep track of everything they've done and document it thoroughly. You deserve to treated like a human too, all of you. You're not bad people because your "late" on your loan. Chase Auto makes you think you are. You're NOT. THEY'RE the bad people, praying on people they KNOW are already vlunerable, and threatening them with repo, "fraud investigations", etc., etc. Don't let them take away your feeling of security, that's what they want.

I'll get off my soap box now. :) I'm rooting for you all, though. Just thought I would pass along what I've learned. If you have any questions, please reply to this, I can try to check back in and see if anyone needs help.

    Thanks, guys. :)

Chase calls me at 8:01AM every single morning (and several more times throughout the day).  Just because the FDCPA says you can call at 8AM doesn't mean it's ethical to do it.  And by the way, Chase, I'm not paying you a penny until you fix the fact that you've overcharged me by $80 for the past three years.  That ought to cover my payment for last month, don't you think?  Jerks.

I am also getting harassing calls from this number, as well as (813)584-2284 which is the Chase Auto Finance Collections Dept. They stalker call me from this number no less than 10-15 times per day.  I have been making payments but I have not been able to make full the last couple of months due to the fact that I was laid off 6 mos ago.  They also told me to pawn something, borrow money from a family member, etc.  I spoke with one of them and explained that I would be able to make a pymt this week but that I would be going into my local branch to do so.  I have been making payments that way despite the fact that collections has tried to bully me into paying over the phone and only to their dept.  So, the lady on the phone finally said ok and hung up.  Not even 15 mins went by before I received yet another call from them.  I told the lady that I had already discussed the acct with another rep 15 mins ago and I was not going through another discussion.  She started bullying me telling me that she didn't care who I had talked to already.  She then started telling me that I had 2 options.  Have a yard sale and pawn all of my valuable items, or have my car taken away (keep in mind, I am not even a month behind!).  I asked for her supervisor and she refused to allow me to speak with her mgr and would not even give me her supervisor's name.  She said "You are gonna deal with me and me only!"  I told her that I was gonna report her if she did not provide me with her supervisors name and transfer me to her.  I then just flat out refused to respond to anything she said and finally she said fine I will transfer you to my supervisor.  So she "transferred" me to some type of automated system that hangs up on you.  Wow...super....  looking forward to more of their stalker calls today.
