chase is an awful company.  I will never do business with them again.  they just don't get it.  harrassing a customer who is 11 days late...not 30+11, but 11.  with a total payoff of $417.  Yup, four hundred bucks, and they're calling at all hours.  short answer, do not do business with them, if your dealer works with them, tell the dealer you will not finance with chase and they can find a different lender of you will find a different dealer.  they are just horrible!

Chase auto finance. [***] don't even give me a day to deposit my paycheck. 7am the 1st of the month they call. And from an 877 number as well. My paper statement says my payment is ddue by the 10th. That's today, yet I already have 18missed calls

This is Chase Auto Finance.  They call numerous times a day and never leave messages.  Yes, I have an auto loan with them but I am not past my 30 day limit.  It's only been two days and they start calling day one.  For the most part, they have been good to us, but seriously...to start calling before the 30 day mark is absurb.  We've never been 30 days past due and don't plan to start now.  There should be no reason that they have to call and remind us that we are one, two, three days past due; we are fully aware of it.  Give us a chance to pay it.  If we pass the 30 day mark, blow my phone up then!  

And to what "JWB" said, they do ask the same questions over and over again.  You would think that they would have that in their 'notes' section in your account.  They are quick to call you, but can't even get their information straight.

C'mon Chase...let's get it together!

Has called my cell phone over 15 times this month leaving an automated message

Received call at 8:35 AM.  Chase Auto Collections calls daily but I do not have an account with them and never have.  Have tried calling them back but their automated system asks for info I don't have (account #) or won't give (SSN #).  When I try to access a live human I am told that all lines are busy and I need to wait for the next available agent.

NEVER FINANACE A CAR WITH CHASE!!!!  They have called me before the payment is due.  They call me constantly.  i have been a week late and they called family members.  They are great at harassing people

Same thing happened to me. At least 4 calls a day even after speaking to a few different people. Apparently they can well afford to pay multiple people to do the same annoying job.HUGE mistake to ever deal with Chase!!!!!!!Thay are so greedy and money hungry it makes me sick!

A debt collection agency looking for the people we purchased this house from two years ago.  Once I told them that, they took the number out of their system.  I have gotten calls like this before looking for the previous owners (using the address as a reference point then finding the phone number for that address) and once I give them that info.....no more calls!!  I even call the number back and make sure they know they have a wrong number.

FREAKEN Chase they act like they are despret for money wish they would understand we are human and all trying I'm not even 10 days late

Watch out cuz if u dont answer their calls they will call ur realatives say they cant find u tell them all ur personal business & tell them they will repo if u dont call them. They will say anything to scare them to call u. If u lose ur job they will tell u they cant help u. They will not give u a extention like other co.they charged me over 300$in fees i dont know about. They also sent me a letter for being late eanted fees paid and said if i was late one more time they will repo. I have 2 more years with them. Dont ever get chase financing. They lie &harrass u for just being one day late & call all ur relatives even if u tell them not to.

They will call all ur family memers & tell them ur personal info which is against the law & tell them they r taking ur car if u dont call them. They scare them by lying so they will call u. They r the rudist finance co & i have 2 years with them. They wont help u catch up or take half payment every two weeks luke my other carloan does. Never have problems with them. Never get anything from chase. They even tild me if im late again they will repo.

This number calls me several times a day. Never leaves a voicemail and they are calling a cell number. I don't have an account with Chase and never have. I just don't answer...................my cell company charges for landline numbers.

This number showed up on my caller ID and I dont answer calls if I dont recognize the number, I normally pick up the phone (w/o even putting my ear to the phone) and just immediately hang up on them. I usually dont hear from them again, since Im sure its just a recording anyways.

This number calls me at least 2 times a day on a daily basis. I do not nor have I ever had a loan with Chase.......no loans and no credit cards so I have no clue wht they keep calling. I just don't answer. They can bite my A**

I got this on Memorial Day weekend on a Sunday from a caller that said Chase auto loan.   They wanted to verify my name first which was automated and then they asked for the last four of my social security # and I hung up.  I'm not late on my lease and I never give out any info if they are calling me.   So this is really Chase Auto Loan?  (800) 510-8106.   I called it back and it was busy.   How do you file a complaint and does anyone have the link??

they call every hour and im only 1 day late. good thing i have a program on my phone that blocks every number that isnt in my phone book. there probly pissed i didnt give real numbers as my references lol. im going to refinance with a different bank. [***] chase

This company calls between 2 and 4 times a day. If you are moir than 30 days late just one time, they say that they can call you after being one day late after that. They know that calling multiple times a day is illegal, and that is why they don't leave any messages after the first one. They tried telling me that the calls are automated, but the automated calls leave a message. I will never finance through Chase again. If nothing else, they are liars.

Financing with chase was a bad idea. I will never use their bank again. Got a car loan a few years before I was laid off after a job, I had to move out of a small town to find a job so I didn't have the money to pay for my financing for a month. I gave them a call, and explained my situation. I had great credit beforehand, I had multiple interviews lined up and any other financing company would allow a few months to defer in case of a loss in jobs. But over the phone the agent began chewing me out and yelling at me for being a jobless and said I have to get the money in 2 weeks "or else".

It's a year after, I've got a stable job and I have absolutely no problem paying my car bill. It's pocket change for me now. I just wait till the last minute to pay my bill each month because screw chase.
