Also, ever notice on their commercials how they pay big-name celebs to advertise with them, and also, pay the huge royalties to use big-name rockers' songs in their advertisements??? ANY company that can afford to pay those undeserving celebrities all that money just to use them and/or their songs - guess who foots the bill for that?? YOU DO. It's in all the jacked-up interest and fees you pay. Stop patronizing companies and corporations that are willing to pay billions of dollars to celebreties in their advertising!!!!

I have always said they have the perfect name, CHASE.  If you are ten seconds late they will CHASE you like a rabbid dog. Frankly, they aren't that bad to deal with.  But, damn they need to get off the phones. They are merciless about the calling.

I too keep getting calls from them. I recently paid off the vast majority of what was left on my car loan...over $3,000 worth of cash. I only owe a little over $200 measly bucks on this vehicle now and am about 20 days late which I admit is not good. But still, I only owe $200 on the freaking car now!!!!! And I think I am most likely having more money trouble than anyone over at that stupid Chase company is and yet they keep harrassing me left and right, been doing it for the last three days!!!! I plan on paying this vehicle off in less than two weeks so stop calling me, you'll get your goddamn $200!!!!!!!!

I have gone thru Chase twice for car loans. The 1st interaction was ok because I was never late on a payment. The 2nd loan has been nothing short of horrible. I lost my job about a year after getting this loan and because of that, I admittedly am a week or two late on my payments sometimes. Each time I know this will happen I call them and notify them of this. They start calling me the day after payment is due, sometimes up to 10x's a day! They even call me on weekends, 8am and I've even gotten calls at 9pm. The automated system calls constantly and hangs up on my voicemail so I end up with up to 10 voicemails a day of hang ups. Brian has called people I listed as references on my FIRST car loan application. He called my EX husband and told him I needed to make a payment or he would make sure my car was repossessed. FYI - I did NOT list my ex on this car loan application/info AND my marital status was listed as divorced. He also called my ex in laws and told them the same thing. I understand they have a right to contact me when I'm late on my payment. But calling other people and discussing my personal financial issues is a violation of my right to privacy and 10 calls a day is just harassment.

I got many phone calls from this number. It's really annoying, so please identify who use this number and block it.  Thank you.

they called me on sunday of all days.. Wish I still lived in Florida could of had my car loan payed off. They will call you if you are one day late with your payment!! even though you have a direct deposit going to them for the bill.

I too have been harassed by Chase Auto Financial and I am suing them case number (formerly Maricopa County Superior Court Case No. CV2013-051145) Chase's attorney's motioned for a change of venue and the motion was granted.

The harassment must stop and win or loose,  they are going to stop calling me,...

Jerks keep calling up to two weeks after a payment has been made.  I hope they rot in a special corner in Hell.

I traded my car in last week. So of course I am not paying the bank note! I no longer own the car! They've called multiple times every day this week including Memorial Day.

They need to spend a little money on new software for their Computer.  I am 14 days late, but only have 4 payments left on my 4 year loan.  No reason to keep calling for those last 4 payments.

These idiots from Chase Auto Finance call day and night asking for people who do not even live here.  The cell phone belongs to my 17 year old son.  I have repeatedly called them back and asked them to take this number off the list, and that the people they are asking for do not even live at this address.  They continue to call this number day and night.  I will be reporting these idiots for criminal harassment !!!!!  THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my purse stolen and my debit cards, IDs and checkbook were in my purse so all my accounts were frozen.  I went to the local Chase and they had me talk to the auto finance department and set up a wire transfer with the ok of my other bank the money would come out of and the one I had to freeze.  I kept calling Chase everyday to make sure the transfer was going through because my other bank said they have not seen it try to hit.  Needless to say, the transfer never went through.  I immediately went to the local branch again and was able to take care of the payment but now the phone calls have started.  Every hour they are calling even though I have told them NOT to call, gave them the transaction number and amount paid, was told I would not get dinged on my internal report with them or my credit report, nor would I be assessed late charges because I had showed them I had the funds, I just could not access them.  I even had the police report to prove my story.  Well, the calls keep coming and they are EXTREMELY rude and sounds like you are speaking to someone in another country and they just have a script to respond to anything you say.  

I will NEVER finance anything through Chase nor will I hold my major accounts there.  Very rude and their departments do not communicate with each other

Call me numerous times a day. Last time they called talk to multiple people about car loan payment being 2 days late after 10 th of mouth due date and day I made payment got letter telling me they were going to repo car if happen again never been what chase consider behind on payments. They suck never go with them ever I will walk before I would use them again.

We traded in the car, why do they keep calling. Annoying.

Then if you answer they want you to press 1 for this or 2 for that, or press 0 for a representative and then nobody is even there!!

Here is the point i have: A robot calls me from this number constantly.....I finally get through to a human that has no idea who the robot called, inform him that i am not the droid they are looking for and that CHASE has a very disrespectful business model, and that my FEE for helping them correct THEIR mistake is $125.00. when I ask where to send the invoice THEY HANG UP ON ME!

I have refinanced th eloan that I borrowed form Chase Auto FInance. I keep getting this call, and when I try to connect, it says the call volumes are too loarge, please call later.

Its Chase!  Stop whining, if you owe them money for a loan then just pay on time.  I have never had a problem with them calling they usually are very courteous,  And yes, if you are late you will get multiple calls. Even though you may have set up a payment schedule that may be several days later, their systems are on auto and see your loan as late until the payment is made.  Talk to them, they are only doing their jobs which are unpleasant in nature sometimes.  I have been a debt collector, I know the system it forces them to call, its not that they want to.  Tell your boss that you don't want to do the most important part of your job and see how long you last.  No, I don't work for Chase, if that's what you are thinking!   I just remember that I made a deal to pay my bill on time or let them know why, they will work with you. They have options to help.  And really if the calls bother you that much and you have a clear conscience that your bill is paid, then turn your phone off.
