I have an auto loan with chase. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I have never been over 10 days late but yet they call me the day it is due. Major harassment

i agree they suck! i have bought 1 car every year for the last 10 years and never have been harassed like this! never again Chase.... thank god i dont bank with them!!!

Chase Auto calls on holidays, before 9 am, and sometimes hourly to every number on my account. It is unacceptable if you aren't delinquent! Chase Home isn't even this persistant when you are a couple of payments past due. I thought such a prominent lender would be more professional, huge mistake. I will never use them again or advocate them to anyone I know.

Folks you can save your breath. Chase (no irony there in that name) has your elected official (congress&senate who make the political appointments to the FTC, state banking commissions,etc.) in their pocket. Lobbyists make huge campaign donations to their election coffers. So we are all wasting our collective time and breath complaining. I quoted book,chapter,and verse to them out of the FCRA laws regarding harrassment and collection calls. They informed me that in spite of our state's (Texas) laws ref. a payment on an installment loan not being late until the 16th day past the due date, they are still allowed to make "reminder calls." After I was able to catch my breath from my near hysterical laughter at the collector's claim of immunity due to it being a reminder call, I used every multi-syllable word to tell them not to call me ever again. They have called me five times today so far.

Chase auto finance calling every day also from Arizona office-Clark Howard @ cnn.com says they must stop if you write them an tell the to stop.  Go online and check Clark Howard drop dead letter.  It is a sample letter to cease and desist!

they started to call my number about 3-4 months ago asking for tracy law and richard fulmer. they acted like i was stupid when i told them i was not tracy. i was in the hospital in jan. and called 2-3 times one day then another while i was trying to get home. they called today 2-4-2010 i did not answer.

And don't forget every President for the last 50 years; the Secretary of the Treasury and the FRB Chairman.....

And every so-called "economic adviser" to every President, Treasury Secretary, FRB Chairman, Congressman, Senator or other assorted elected miscreant within the Federal Government...

And the majority of all state officials who have any regulatory control of the banking industry at the state level.

The predecessor company to Chase Bank was Chase Manhattan Bank whose predecessor company was Rockefeller Bank which, as we all know, was started by John D. Rockefeller; who as we all know was the first robber/baron malcontent who ever successfully stole so much from so many (by cornering the petroleum market in the late 1800's) that the U.S. Congress actually passed a law which was, at one time, known as the "Standard Oil bill", or some such thing; and which is more formally referred to in the annals of legal history as the Sherman Anti-Trust Act.

Of course this was before ol' Johnny D and his heirs and successors at Standard Oil, Rockefeller Bank, Chase Manhattan and Chase Bank had managed to purchase every last politician in the United States to serve as their personal butt-boys!

I don't have a auto loan with Chase and they still call me five times a day starting at 8 am in the morning.  I am disabled and it is hard for me to get to the phone sometimes.

I am receiving call from this number every day. I have no lone with this company but my daughter has. My wife has helped her on some payments so they call us. I have talked to her about it and and she is problems getting a job.These people are not a goo  business to do loans with.STAY away  from them. We are trying to work with them but they will not stop hounding us. My daughter has talked to them but they are not working with her to help her.Please do not get a loan from them!!!!!!

i absolutely agree.....my pmt is not even 5 days late and they've already called my phone 7 times today...they can call all they want i wont answer it....ive never been more than 10 days late on my pmts and they call me jus about every month 1 day after my pmt is due.....so i just ignore their calls....i will pay them when i'm ready to......damn jerks

Case auto finance sucks...period. Made car payment 3 days late through Chase bank. That was 4 days ago. I get calls from them 5-6 times a day as early as 0730 and as late as 9:00 pm. Morons.

they call every phone you own, then they call the people who you used as a reference.. I have gotten calls one day after the payment was due AND MADE. and they still harassed me.. now i dont even pick up the phone.. i now know everyone one of the numbers they use.. even my kids laugh when they see the number.. mom its stupid Chase..

This phone # calls daily and identifies itself as Chase and is always automated message.

They originated the loan but don't even have the title on my car! Nice work. What happens when its paid off?

I don't know if any of you have Verizon wireless but they have this amazing feature were you can block any number you want, with the exception of *911,,,  When I'm 10 day's late that's when the harassing calls begin.. I simply Goggle the number, find out who it is, go to my Verizon account online and block the Sh%^&t out of them,,, It feels so so good to have a little bit of control and on top of that I won't be seeing that number 10 -20 times a day anymore driving me shite house,,

I have had the same issues with them in regards to an auto loan, wish I had the funds to sue them.

Chase auto they are idiots traded the account and they still call car has been gone two weeks Jamie is a jerk and wont tell you her last name or extension
