It is Chase Auto Loan - I do have my car financed with them.

Its their robo calling system that is screwed up - the people there are nice / helpful.
It is just annoying to get the calls with no VM left ........Why should people have to turn their phones off .................. - K| 1 replyI have an auto loan with Chase, but my payments are always made on schedule. I'm not sure why they keep calling and not leaving a message. They've called 4 times already today. It makes no sense.
- Heinz57 replies to KMaybe it's not Chase-could be someone spoofing the number.

- MESCalled me twice while I was at work, did not leave a message either time. I googled the number and it was who I financed my new car through. I was told by car dealership that I had a 16 day grace period for the payment and yet Chase is already calling.
- Caller: Chase
- Molly McCullywhoever they are, if they want to talk with me, they'd best leave a voice msg that I can understand, or a text. I leased a vehicle from Chase. Perhaps, my snail mail went astray. That is no reason to be rude, I will never do any business with them, again.
- Caller: Prob Chase, according to others on this site.
- DisgustedCall constantly for someone who does not live here. They call at least 5 times a day. Any reputable bank would not be robo calling and leaving no message. They would contact you online or by mail. If calling it would be a responsible banker calling not a recorded message. I would call the number on the loan papers to be sure this is not a scam. Never give anyone any of your info over the phone.
- Caller: Chase
- Sjg| 1 replyCalling 6 or more times a day when NO one at the number owes money for 3 weeks is not acceptable. Co. can be sued for $1.000 per call. They harass every month same calling.
- Caller: Chase
- Call type: Unwanted
- BigA replies to SjgUnder what law can they be sued for $1,000 per call? Certainly not the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Certainly not under the TCPA either.
