I've been bombarded with calls that appear as "No Caller ID" over the last 4 days.  They call 3-4x per day at all hours.  Once a day they leave an automated message that they are Synchrony Bank calling about my JC Penney credit card (I don't have one).  They tell me to call them back at 800-527-3369.  I refuse to call back, both because I do not have such a card, and also the fact the every other credit card company I have calls with an identifiable 800 number.  It is very shady to have their Caller ID blocked.

This is a valid phone number. It is from Synchronicity Bank about missed payments for JC Penney credit cards. I missed a payment and received a call. The issue is that people getting the credit cards are giving YOUR phone number as contact information! So, I am reporting this as NOT SPAM, just simply a bank trying to remind people to pay their bill and collect what is owed to them. The issue is the fraud that the credit card holders are committing when they use fictitious phone numbers and they happen to be yours.

Receiving calls and voice mails from this number regarding a JC Penny account. The number they are calling is an assisted living facility and I as the director do not have a card.  This has to either be a scam or someone using this number when they applied for a card

Start calls on Saturday morning at 820am! I didn't answer, I blocked the number. I don't deal with any one that is so rude to call that early.

Please provide me with the entire balance I owe J.C. Penney.  I will immediately make a payment off the total.
