JUST CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY WERE ABLE TO PRY MY HUSBAND FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OUT OF HIM. THEY SAID THEY WERE JC PENNY'S. I NOW HAD TO INVEST IN LIFELOCK FOR $50 A MONTH!

9:50am received call on my cell phone.  No caller ID, just this number. Machine said this was a very important call. Please hold for a service agent..... Didn't hear the rest.  I DON'T stand around with a phone in my ear because some machine tells me too.  On my cell service I can text 9999 and text "block" and the number.  Did that.  No more calls so far.

NEVER GET A JC PENNY CARD OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS ALL THE TIME!!!  They will not take no for an answer.  They talk fast and then tell you they have to get their supervisor to comfirm some crap that you keep telling them that you DON'T want!!!

I have had this number call my cell phone time and time again for 4+ month periord. They call about once a month. I never answer my phone and I let it go to voicemail. It's a pain in the butt that they call all the time. I have been on the Do Not Call Registration since its inception. I've also entered a complaint about them.

I know it frustrates me to no end, I missed a payment already got the bill with a late payment charge on it and the payment due is two months, but they call constantly for you to make a payment.  They already got to charge you for missing the other month, and I tell them take off the late charge and I'll pay my payment but they won't do that

I don't have the call and I want them blocked

I don't have a card  and haven't in 21 years or more and I want the calls to stop.

13 calls over the last few days. Interesting thing is that I do have a JCPenny credit card. I don't believe I have missed a payment....decided to just pay next months bill. I am not answering any of these calls. I have a really good ringtone so I don't mind listening to a little music here and there.

I don't owe anyone any money they keep calling and I'm on the no call list they always ask for me but I'm not home and they don't talk to my wife she us tired oh the calls.

I don't own ANY credit cards-NONE, NADA, ZILCH. I have no debt, therefore I have NO BILLS PAST DUE with anyone. Yet, this company calls me and harasses me NONSTOP! They have been wasting their time and mine for a month now, so don't give me your self-righteous working class-hero/telemarkerer crap. I have never owned a JCPenney Card, and I have never even shopped at a JCPenney store-EVER.

YOU don't owe ME any money JASMYN, so how would you like it if I acquired YOUR phone number and started making harassing phone calls to YOU everyday for a month about the money YOU never owed ME in the first place? Do you have an intelligent answer to this question, or is "LOL DUH!" the extent of your verbal skills?

I have been getting calls from this number for a month now. they sometimes call as early as 7AM EST. I finally got fed up and called back the number on my caller ID which is 1-800-527-3369. A recorded voice asked me to enter my JCPenney credit card number. I DON'T own a JCPenney credit card, and I never have. I don't shop at JCPenney, and I never have in the past. After repeatedly hitting the 0 button I finally was put through to somebody named Kevin. I relayed these facts to him and he copped an attitude. Well, I copped one back, and cut loose with every 4-letter word in the book. Then he wanted my SSN! I cut loose on him again, and he hung up on me. How many different ways do you have to tell these people that they are calling THE WRONG NUMBER before they stop calling? If this is an actual debt collector, that is.

I am in the process of identifying this "Kevin" and verifying just who he is, and who he really works for. Once this is done, if the harassment does not stop, the legal repurcussions for this person(s) and their organization will be swift, and severe. Be forewarned phone scammers and those who harass via the telephone, the people you harass can and will turn the tables on you. Sooner or later, you are going to anger the wrong person.

This is so annoying..I  have received 5 calls today from this 800-527-3369
They do not say anything... Only once someone said we have an important
message for Robert and then never said anything.    Must be someone can
do something and I do not believe its us.

I have had 19 calls in 4 days from this number 800-527-3369. I have no outstanding debt. It is getting rediculous. They start as early as 8am even on Sunday!!! 3 Voice Mail recordings asking me to call back. I dialed the number from my work phone and a machine picks up.

I've received several calls from this number. The constant calls are annoying and persistent. I do not know the people or person calling and want information I do not feel comfortable giving over the phone.

Receiving multiple calls daily!  I haven't had an account with Penneys for years!!

I've received several calls telling me to call this number or go to an alleged Penney's website. When I checked my account at the real Penney's site, everything was in order. I strongly recommend not calling the number or entering your card number in the fake website.
