This number has called my phone several times and it is prepaid so every time they call I am losing money because it takes minutes from my account. I am not the person they want and the calls come every single day several times a day!

This number has been calling my parents house 5 times a day everyday for 3 weeks now and the person keeps asking for someone named vick no one in my house is named vick and we don't kno any Vick I threaten them and told them to stop callin ur gonna have to call ur phone company and tell them yo block that number that's wat we did and r u who I think u are ur name is familiar???

1-800-527-3369 continuously calls, up to 8 times per day, says JC Penney on caller ID, refuses to stop calling no matter how many times I tell them they have the wrong phone number. They sound foreign and are quite short and rude and hang up on me every time I call. Also will not let me speak to supervisor, they simply hang up and start calling me again via auto dialer that makes you wait several minutes before someone picks up.

They call for my husband, who does not have a JCPenney card.  They wanted a $30 payment too.  The account was paid, but I did it on-line and am still getting calls. The woman had an accent as well, clearly ESL, and I never give information like that over the phone.

They called me this morning but I wasn't home and they didn't leave a message. I do have a JCPenney's card and a balance, but I have made all the payments on time and have barely used it the past six-seven months. Earlier this year we were getting similar calls from people claiming to be from Chase bank despite the fact that no one in the household has an account with Chase - I'm thinking this is a scam.

Calls 4-5 times a day. I've blocked them on our phone system from ever reaching anyone, but they still keep calling.

We've gotten over 50 calls from these people. I'm debating blocking them on the phone system so they don't even hit our lines.

I've dug up a few e-mail addresses for JC Penny Corporate. E-mail them, let them know how you feel about their harassing calls.

THE CORPORATE OFFICES WON'T DO A DAMN THING - and its NOT JC PENNEY's - its GEMB - that handles the JCP accounts.    So its the GEMB call center calling on behalf of JC Penney.   Google GEMB Complaints - 1000's worldwide

GEMB is terrible and GEMB CREATED problems they refused to address let alone fix- contacted JCP corporate for assistance and never heard a word back.  

Complaints to FTC.gov and OTS.gov were the only reason GEMB corrected their screw-ups, etc.  I still have an open account - but refuse to use it - and I tell JCP staff that when I shop there that when they get rid of GEMB - I'll use my account again.

Continuing calls from 800-527-3369 with message referring to JC Penney. Don't ever remember in past 30 years having an account. Calling my cell phone number.

I get unauthorized calls from this number. How do i block it?

Numerous non stop calls. I do have one late payment now due with my jcp acct. but this is overboard.
and this is the funny part... I have a voice mail from this number and some older lady says
"Yea my message is Stop Calling!"
Umm okay... Your calling me and telling me to stop calling you?!

I cancel my JC Penneys card & i no loner get calls from this number..

I've been getting a number of calls from this number dialing the wrong number looking for a Philip Delguit (who we don't know this particular peson). They called early & often during the weekday & every hour on Saturdays. They won't let me through to tell them that they dialed the wrong number.

Received 3 calls on my cell, before calling back. Their answering machine announced it was a JC Penney Credit Services. The machine was persistently asking to enter the last 4 digits of my ss#, my account # (I have none with them) and finally, the whole ss#. Don't share any info with them! Then I was connected to a customer service rep, Kevin. He refused to tell me why the called my cell 3 times unless I told him my name. I did not. Then I asked his employee ID, and he told me he would not give any info to me without me disclosing my name. I asked to talk to a supervisor, whose name was also coincidentally Kevin. The second Kevin finally told me some Indian sounding name they were supposedly trying to reach. Supposedly his batch # is PZM, the company address is 260 Longridge Rd., Stamford, CT 06902.

You should contact your state atorney's office and your credit card carrier. Noone is allowed to bill anything to your credit cards without express permission. Careful what you say on the phone to these kinds of people. They record your entire conversation and pick and choose words from their recordings. I always speak in slurred, conplete sentences when dealing with new harrassers. It works. But seriously, call today on the unautorized charges. This is illegal..

This is an appareant scam... Careful what you say to these people. They'll record your entire conversation and pick and choose words off of their recordings. They then use your words to authorize payments from your credit cards. Speak in complete sentences when talking to these people. It seems to work. And it pisses them off. Try it.
