    Caller ID: USAA.

This number called the office last week with the latest robocall from Member Services. It appears they're continuing to spoof legitimate numbers in an attempt to fool people.

This number just called and I said hello and they were silent.  I do no business with USAA insurance and this seemed to be some sort of unsolicited call.  Unclear whether some scammer falsely displaying the USAA title in the caller id or not.

Scammers using spoofed numbers make it hard to block them.  I even got a call with my own phone number showing on my caller ID.  Credit card scammer.  People from other states started calling me, asking why I had called them since my number was on their caller ID.  AAAHHH!!!

    (800) 531-usaa or (800) 531-8722 looks like a spoofed number from USAA, an insurance for Active and Retired Service Members. Unfortunately, this call is about debt forgiveness because of Coronavirus pandemic. Obviously, a scam. Oh well, another one for the blocked list! Sorry, USAA!

You are one of TONS of people getting these tiresome calls. Only takes a few suckers to keep scammers profitable somehow & to keep them harassing us. Saps who work for these scammers likely get less than minimal pay.
The answer to this issue is to get phone companies to WHITELIST legit callers (their ID) and to prevent spoofing. Why don’t they do it? Extra costs. Follow the money! Shall gov make them do it???
