I stayed online until someone finally answered. It was some sort of reward program. I told him that we knew nothing about this and he volunteered to cancel the charge immediately. Hope this helps.

"Hope this helps." Well, no it doesn't, since your reply is almost a year to late. By the way, don't trust "him" (whoever he is) to cancel the charge. Contact your debit card company & report the fraudulent transaction then have them cancel the card.

They did the same to me. How do we get our money back and stop them!???

That person posted here 5 months ago.  I don't know why you think that they would know the answer to your questions.  I am not sure why you don't know the answer since it was given to you when you opened your credit/debit card.  It was in the card agreement that you no doubt never read.

I’ve been charged 86.61 for the last 3 months and my bank declines the charges each month. I just called the number on my bank statement and the guy couldn’t find my name in their system and then demanded I give him my debit card number. NOT HAPPENING!! He said to call my bank and deny charges then hung up on me!!  Wow what a jerk!!!

Same thing just happened to me. same exact amount. I called the number and have been on hold for a very long time with no answer. Clearly disputing this with my bank account.

I was just checking my bank transactions and i noticed a charge for 19.73 that i did not make. I called the number and they said office closed, It was only 1;30pm. I will be calling my bank to get refund and I hope they get an answer so they can get their refund. I have no idea what this company is or how they got my info. The number i called was 855-248-4144. So beware
