I got both charges...$19.73 and $86.81 put on my account...on hold with phone number supplied by my bank.....Long wait 😡 Extremely frustrating.

This is what happened to Me!! I was texted from T-Mobile for a free phone, didn't want it, but they charged me for it anyway!!? Took 19.73 first (6/19/21), then 77.88 (6/26/21). Bank want me to get in contact with the customer service to cancel anymore payments, but can't get anyone to answer the phone now. Hold up to30 minutes or more. What can I do?!

just got hit for $86 from these same scammers as well. i only now after reading these post s can confirm this was a scam. i didnt have a clue and still no idea how or what these guys did or do to get me. i contacted my bank and they are the ones who informed me that those digits were in fact a phone number. obviously i have placed a claim dispute over the transaction  but will post an update asap

I hope somebody some where can use this address and phone number to further unravel and expose these thieves. I googled the address and there have been quite a few "businesess" registered to this residential address. interesting??

This business took an unauthorized charge of $19.47 from my card. I demand a full refund. This is illegal.

Took  86.00 out of my account. How  and why?

Instead of asking random people on the internet, perhaps you should call your account issuer and ask them.

I checked my bank account today and $19.73 was being taken out. I called the number attached 877-290-2441. I was told it was a charge for Walking Readers. I never ordered anything. I was able to get my money back.

My bank denied the charge and the fraud department called me, Thank God!  this same amount and the phone number on my charge was 844-756-4641 with the same email customerservice@promptcs.net     When I called, it was a call service and he refused to tell me anything other than - give me your name and I can help you cancel your subscription!!!

Start by contacting the CC issuer or your bank. Tell them this was an unauthorized charge.

I have just received to charges on my debit card for $19.73 with customer service number 800-380-6954 hrs 8Am-10Pm and another unknown charge of 39.99 with no ID same timeframe unknown charges. Previously received notice that had won ATT EAR BUDS with a 1.99 rush&6.95 for earbuds! Bogus! shammers! Attaching somehow online to your activities observed online!
