Yes this is a China based company that uses digital voice and is fraudulent in nature.  Somehow they hit me up today and I filed a dispute with my CC company.

Did they ever refund you? I'm going through the same situation right now.

Scammers don't give refunds. You need to contact your bank or credit card company and report the fraudulent transaction.

I too found a charge on my debit card.  When I called they said it was for magazines which I never ordered.  I ask for a refund and was given a confirmation number.  My question is how did they get my debit card number in the first place. Sad that companies have to use fraud to promote their products.  I am curious to see if the refund comes through.

So instead of notifying your bank that your card was compromised you called scammers up and are going to hope and pray that this refund happens?  Good idea keeping that card going so that it can be used over and over until you don't have a penny to your name.

Got the same charge. My credit card notified me and refused the charge. From what I see they got a lot of people

Same thing happened to me. I didn't notice the first charge but did the second charge. Had to cancel my credit card. Such a pain. Still not sure how they got my card information.

Did you report the fraudulent transactions to your bank & have them cancel the account so this scammer can't keep taking your money? If not, do so immediately.

    Why do you think
    1.  That it is important to know where that person lives?
    2.  That you expect a person who posted here in 2020 to stop back and answer you after 2 years?
