No message, very active

Did not answer the call, very active!!! Several calls this week!

Yesterday 5/25:  3:34 pm, 3:14 pm 1:59 pm, 1:49 pm, 1:38 pm 1:26 pm  1:16 pm 1:02 pm  12:23 pm, Between 12:23 and 3:34 pm I have 9 calls from this number!!! Where is my privacy? This is an abuse!!! You have to penalize this person. I can not be more angry.

Scammers don't care-get a call blocker

Dell??? Got this call last week.

I have been getting multiple calls per day from this number, 7+ per day. I picked up the first few times (because I recognized it as a Dell number) but there's dead silence on the other end every time, and when I contacted Dell they affirmed it wasn't them calling. I put the number on my auto reject list. They have continued calling (I still get notifications when my phone auto rejects a call) with just as much frequency.

From replies to your site, this is actually Dell or some one trying to get me to let them into my computer.  I've been getting calls from this number for what seems like a couple of years.  I've blocked them but it seems they just don't get the message that I don't want to talk to them.  Then now call me fiver or six times a day.  If I could only find out where their call center is, I'd go to the nearest bank of desks and start at one end and shove or headset the person was using where the sun doesn't shine, and just work my way down the line till the police showed up to stop me.  And there is not a jury in the Country that would convict me.  I might even get a medal for public service.

Dell doesn't call NOR do they use a third-party company.

NOT DELL.. Do not fall for this SCAM!!  They are a company in India that claims to be dell support and they scare you into believing you have been hacked and then have you download an app so they can share your desktop and then show you all of your IP connections, which is usually a huge list if you use your computer alot, but it is totally normal and it does NOT mean that you are being remotely hacked!!! The same company does the same thing with AOL tech support.. They use tons of numbers.. I called Dell and reported them and asked how they knew I had a Dell.  The real Dell tech support said that their sales database had not been compromised so they believe it is hit or miss with this company.  I dont know if I believe Dell, but just block this number... If they get through to you with another phone number and you do have a Dell, just make them tell you what your service tag # is... That is how I revealed their scam.

I received call on my home phone and the Caller ID said Dell.  I have a Dell computer so I answered the call.  This call was NOT from Dell.  This foreign guy told me my computer was messed up with error messages and then tried to sell me on using some company in Florida to repair it.  I told him no way, hung up, and blocked the number.  Tried to call Dell to report this today, but could  never get a human on the phone to take the info.

I have a Dell computer. I have received a number of phony "Dell" calls on my mobile with no message left. Will block.

I received a phone call from a man who said his name was Jason from Dell Support.  The # came up on my caller ID that it was Dell 800-624-6896.  He said my Dell laptop was sending out error messages and malicious content.  I told him that he was just trying to SCAM me and he should go scam someone else as my laptop was NOT even plugged in so how could it be sending out error messages or malicious content.  He hung up when I said that!  DELL does NOT call you unless you have call them.  Scammers are trying to gain access to your computer and take over your personal info.  Do NOT fall for their scam.

they are calling from pakistan

I received calls from this SCAM Dell service several times. Now, it left a message on my phone that I can't delete. I hate this!!!

Same happened to me. Called Dell. Call from this number is a total scam. They are trying to take control of your computer.

I've been getting a lot of phone calls today from:800-624-9896. My computer works fine.
