Called twice on Fri May 16, calls exactly 1 hour apart, call disconnected when I picked up.

Called Wed May 21, person said "Hi, my name is Miles from Dell Incorporated" and hung up.

I purchased my Dell laptop around May 2005 and haven't done business with them since.  Possibly it's a warranty thing?

Called me today. Was a woman from Dell telling me my warranty was about to expire and trying to convince me to buy extended warranty ....

Called once while I was in a meeting and left no message. Called later and I picked up and only got silence. I bought a Dell server a while back, I guess they're trying to sell me an extended warranty. Wish they'd talk to me when I pick up so I can tell them to stop calling.

Dell Support letting me know my item had been shipped

confirmed, Dell tech support letting me know there was an issue with my computer and they wanted to complete the issue.

Called to say my warrenty is about to expire on my Dell laptop computer, however I do not even own a laptop let alone a Dell.

This number is from Dell Support. They want to let me know about therepair of my laptop.

I got this call today and missed it, I wondered what it was and looked it up, saw it was likely from Dell. Then I realized they had left a message in my voicemail. I called and in fact it was an automated message from Dell Technical Support, letting me know they have shipped my "replacement part". (Laptop charger I had called about last night, the one that originally came with my laptop doesn't work properly, only charges when it wants to, I have to be moving it around.) Mystery solved. =)

It's Dell calling from India.  They called me on 9/21/09 at my office and left a message.  I'm sure they want to sell me some service.  Wish they would just e-mail me.

received a voice message from "Abraham" at Dell Support with "important information about my computer". The call came in on 800-456-3355 (Dell Support) but I was to call back on 800 624-9896 ext 4540086. After reading other posts for these two numbers I suspect that they were calling to try to sell me an extended warranty since my computer is almost 1 year old and the warranty is about to expire.

They are actually good people... trying to help people get their warranties fixed... so that anytime the computer is in mess.. they can take care...

I got a call from this number and the caller left a message.  "Brian" was calling to warn me that the warranty on my mini9 was about to expire, but I had a wonderful opportunity to renew it!  "Brian" had a strong Indian accent and the call quality was so bad I had to listen to it multiple time to be sure what was being said.

This message was such a joke of all around poor quality that I searched for the phone number convinced I would find out it was a hoax.  Apparently it is real and Dell thinks that this is a good way to build customer happiness.  No wonder Dell is having such a bad time these days.
