- LOLA ELLIOTTI filed bankruptcy 107 E Morgan Plymouth 10 years ago. The house is no good. I didn't borrow that much money in first place. They can take the place far as I'm concerned. Don't bother me no more as I'm a very sick person. I've had open heart surgery and been in nursing home. I died three times on operating table. Here the account number 41172600517029. I'm having friend do this for me so don't bother her either. I don't want no messages or phone calls on her phone.

- Mary Ann| 1 replyI just received my Visa credit card statement and there are 9 calls I did not make.
8 were from Vesta Cricket 866-448-3657 and the last from Sprint wireless (which I don't have 866-639-6111.
Credit card company will take these off my charge but they amounted to over $400.00 and I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one.
How do I avoid this in the future???- Caller: Vesta Cricket-Sprint
- WatchOut!Our small business has 3 lines through Sprint/Nextel. Only 2 are used and the 3rd phone sits in a drawer unused until I hire another crew leader. I received a call yesterday from the Sprint Fraud detection who informed me there may be fraudulent activity on our phones. I checked our latest bill and was shocked to see it was over $6,000.00 Our bill is normally less than $200. I was told that someone called in to customer care and had the number from our unused phone switched over to another piece of equipment. (In Mexico) The $6,000.00 charge was for international calling as well as overages. Once I was able to check the bill details...a good portion of the phone calls were outgoing calls to the Sprint customer care number 800-639-6111. This looks very suspicious to me as some kind of an "inside job" and I am seriously ticked off now that I have to devote my time into fixing this issue! Sprint has been very helpful and has already reversed all of the charges, however.....knowing what I do now, I will not be renewing our contract once it expires and we will be switching our business to another carrier.

I recently dumped AT&T and went and got a sprint phone, but ended up taking it back after a week because my work bought me a phone on another carrier. I think that the check is for the activation fee.- Caller: SPRINT

- JeanneI received several calls from this number. I have Sprint and my bill is paid. No message is ever left so I really feel it is a scam because if I did have a balance due Sprint would leave a message.
- BethanyWe've received call after call from these people. The caller ID was "toll free". If we answer the phone, the first thing they ask for is a name. If they were legit, they'd know who they were calling!!!! I never tell these people who it is they've called. They're fishing.

- AnnReceived a voicemail from this number and it was Sprint. I called them a couple of days ago with a request and the message indicted that my request had been taken care of. In this case the call was a legitimate reply.

- billamacI just switch from Metro PCS to Sprint and keep all 3 of my numbers. Mr. Ghhandi (Sprint) just call me to confirm that the numbers were all ported correctly.
but this is a working Sprint number for what it appers to be a number of diffrent purpouses - Joe DiGiorgioTwo utility bills were stolen from my mailbox with my checks in them. They both never reached their destination. The following month (July 2012) when I received my bank statement there were thirteen charges done by electronic transfer on my account for over $7400.00. They were all listed as being from "SPRINT8006396111(ACHBILLPAY)". There were as many as six on one day. I have never had a Sprint account and never will !! My bank immediatley restored the funds but I had to get a new checking account and debit card. It also appears that no one is interested in tracking down these crooks. I filed both an Affadavit of Fraud with the bank and a Police Report.
- Joe DiGiorgioAs an additional piece of information, I also called the 800-639-6111 number and the person answering identified himself as "Eric" at Sprint and wanted to know the phone number I was calling about. I told him that I never had a Sprint account. He then asked for my address to see how the account was listed. I reiterated that I did not have an account with Sprint. He then asked for my social security number to look up my account. I told him again that I did not have an account with Sprint and that I wanted to talk with a supervisor. I then heard him yell something across the room and when he came back on the phone he said that the "supervisor" needed my social security number. I told him that I was not going to give out that information since this was obviously a scam. At this point he hung up on me. It sounds to me that either Sprint is involved with this scam or someone is using their name and number to carry out this scam.
- AmandaSprint left a message and they said my refund has been approved and they are issue me a check within 10-15 business days.
