I am being charged for a phone I don't have been trying to get this cleared up. Put on hold for hour's they say they are working on it?  And will get around to call me back to me it has been over 8 days and still no reply? Help

Money was removed from an account that had no ties to the sprint contract I had in my name. This was the 800 number above the withdrawal amount which brought me to this page. The persons account it was removed from was someone I gave money to when I had to pay a sprint bill and couldn't deposit the money in my account. They randomly just charged that card, that was only used once to pay a bill, over a year ago for over $500. I terminated my contract due to terrible customer service, terrible cell service, and random charges that had no justification and were dropped off the bill once I called and questioned where they came from. Sprint has been nothing but a headache since day one. But reading the comments on this page is leading me to believe this is a scam. Could someone please give me a straight answer so we can all resolve this issue.

Same story as everyone else. Dont fall for it. They give a different number on voicemail. There are now software to make it look like you are getting calls/texts from a number different than who is actually calling or texting.

Lady mumbling I understood my name and the call back number rest of the voicemail was mumbled

Noticed 3 charges on my debit card today: Oct 31,19 SPRINT WIRELESS POS 800-639-6111 KS US 147188 -193.81 Oct 31,19 SPRINT WIRELESS POS 800-639-6111 KS US 833939 -263.36 Oct 30,19 SPRINT *WIRELESS 800-639-6111 KS -254.40 I have never been a customer with Sprint. I contacted my bank and had them lock my card immediately. I called Sprint and spent an hour on hold in between speaking with a rep and two different supervisors (none of which could barely speak or understand English) only for them to tell me that they can't track a charge (even with the confirmation #) unless they have the Sprint account it was used for. Absolutely ridiculous. How can they not track down a charge in their system using the dollar amount and confirmation number? Now I see all of these other posts about the same happening, some from over 7 years ago! How is it possible that some hacker is still able to accomplish the same scam for so long? I believe it is Sprint themselves!

They took $622.14 out of my bank account without authorization I'm not a Sprint user I never had a Sprint account I filed a what is that called complaint with Sprint and a dispute with my bank this is crazy leaving are you right

Be glad you DON'T have Sprint they don't have good service charge for service you DON'T agree to and promise to remove charges and just keep adding them instead of removing them

You may need to file a Fraud Dispute with Sprint in order to get them to stop calling. Especially if someone else used your number as a fake contact number.

Felix posted here in 2009.  What do you think the chances are that he will return after 11 going on 12 years to see your reply and that it will do him any good after all that time?
