- SueGSame message on voice mail with the call back number of 800-866-0250 as above. However the call came in from 313-736-4602. These guys must be spamming phone numbers from all over. And of course I didn't call back. I am tired of all these charities if they are real calling me, sending daily USPS mail asking for money. So I am avoiding all of them, real or spam.
- Caller: Who knows
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Robert replies to KarenKaren the robot woman who left that same information about donating I recognized her voice offering a FREE vacation from an entirely different number a month ago. IT IS A SCAM!!! WARN YOUR MEMBERS OF THIS FALSE CALL.
- Robert replies to BOBBY THE VETBobby you are 100% correct. The robo woman that left that message to donate property, time shares, cars etc. I recognize her voice from a call last month asking to send money for a free vacation. SCAM 100%
- Lisa BI actually called the number back to ask to be taken of the call list. I was hung up on. I called back and didn’t even say anything and the same guy started yelling at me for calling back. So I guess it is okay for Veterans of America to call all of us repeatedly but attempting to be taken off their call list is offensive.
- Caller: Veterans of America
- Call type: Unwanted
- CA-phoneuser-123CID said (949) 238-8144, again spoofed for sure. Desperate to trick, but are just morons. Phone message left. Worthless and annoying Veterans of America. Avoid this call. Untrustworthy.

- ConcertnancerMissed a call from 818-668-9390. A pre-recorded message was left on voicemail: “If you have been thinking about donating your car, real estate or time-share to charity, please consider donating to Veterans of America. Donations are itemized tax-deductable, and all real estate donations are deductable for full market value. We also accept most time-shares. So call us today at 1 (800) 669-0250. Thank you.”
I googled “Veterans of America” charity, and it was difficult to find. There are a number of veterans’ charities that are more mainstream. Before you decide to give, check “CharityNavigator.org” or “CharityWatch.org” for ratings. Thank you. - SVM replies to Karen| 1 replyCI said "PTC". They left a message. It has something to do with donating cars, boats, cash to Veterans of America and to call 800-669-0250 to contact them about donations. I did not. Same group called me in February 2018. Reported to Do Not Call Registry, apparently to no effect. You need to take some positive action to stop this group from misrepresenting you. Posting here may inform us of the scam, but they continue to do this and are supposedly affecting your reputation. Unless you have something to gain from this, you should be taking action since they seem to be using the same numbers. You need an attorney.
- Tygerkat replies to SVMThe DNC registry only applies to telemarketers. Charities are exempt from it, as are surveys and political calls. And of course scammers completely ignore it.
- WendyUsing our veterans to make money off their scam. I do believe there will be a special place in purgatory for them.

- KHThese people are robocalling from Veterans of America, using number 531-365-0823, trying to get people to donate their real estate or time shares. They've been asked before to be taken off the list, but they continue, probably figuring it's because they're a charitable organization. Filing complaint with FCC
- PJHas called from several #s some "unavailable" leaving same message as noted above. Call back # is 800-669-0250.
