Mythical credit card people wanting to lower the interest on my non-existent debt. Of course they don't know my name, which cards I actually have or anything of the like. It is a scam.

Called 4/26/18 @ 12:25P. Caller ID is spoofed to look like coming from Sear Credit Card and the call back # does go back to Sears.  It's the robo call to you that is the scam.

Try utilizing super redial. Download the app to your cell phone. Put *67 in prior to dialing to keep anonymity simply add the number it automatically dials that number every 3 seconds until you turn it off. I have shut down a number of scam phone calls this way it floods their phone trunk. This really angers the alleged IRS that want you to go to Walmart and get a gift card LOL

I got a call from 800-594-8335 last night. This site says that it is a bill collector. I owe no bills.
This morning I get a call from this number. I wonder if they are related.

Recording saying "This is an important message regarding your current credit card account.  We have made several attempts to reach you.  This is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate.  Press 1 to speak with a member services department or press 2 and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire.

SCAMMER has reactivated this SPOOF number (it really is Sears Credit but the scammer calling is a CROOK trying to steal your identity). I already blocked it a few weeks ago after reading some of the recent comments but the number still shows up in missed calls. They actually had the nerve to call my # at 6:19AM this morning. They must be getting desperate.

Suspected scam.  Beware!  ID reads "SearsCreditCard"  - I do NOT have a Sears Credit card !  I told the guy that and he said this is a call about all your credit cards.... of which I have NONE !  I told him I am on the National do not call list so please don't call me back.  He said he will call me back!  I think the call is coming from overseas the guy had an Indian accent.

Thanks for all the 'heads up'.  My recording said "This is an important message regarding your current credit card account.  We have made several attempts to reach you.  This is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate.  Press 1 to speak with a member services department or press 2 and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire.  As always, I report them to https://complaints.donotcall.gov

They claim to be from Card member Services representing all major Visa & Mastercard companies to discuss lowering your credit card interest rates.  They are overseas and say they already have your information in their system, but need to verify the credit card balance and other information in order to offer you better rates.  When repeatedly instructed to place the number on their do not call list and never call back, they do not agree and say they will call back tomorrow.  Only way to stop is to block number.
