The calls started around end of Aug 2009, from ph#: 8007283902  The person on the other end asks for the homeowners.  As early as 0800 hrs. and throughout the day, until as late as 2000 hrs. more calls from same ph#.  The caller claims to be calling from "Kay Designers".  We request to please do not call again.  The calls keep coming through Sep 09, and till tonight.  It has been very distressing.  We finally declared to the caller, if they want to talk to us, contact our lawyer...

    Snoop a loop
I keep getting calls from this number during the day and every day right at 8:00 pm. Getting sick of it! When I answer they just hang up. I've decided to just keep calling them. Everyone should do the same and give them a taste of their own medicine. Give them a call 1800-728-3902. Just keep calling whenever you have a chance.

Could only mean one thing....this must be a SCAM !!!!
So look out for this number showing up on your caller ID phone.

They have call me 6 times today. Twice after I asked them not to call me. Morning, noon and night. Why any company would think it is OK to call a private home 6 time in one day for a promotion is beyond me. Had to laugh at the fifth and six ones. They guy said it take 24 hours for them to put my number on the do not call list, funny thing is my number is on the do not call list already. Why does the company get way with this crap?

Got the orange postcard - "CONGRATULATIONS! You have won a FREE GIFT! Call IMMEDIATELY to receive your gift." 1-800-728-3902.

Looks like they are hitting the Seattle area now.  At least they aren't trying to call me multiple times a day like some of the other reports I see here!

    I'm not calling
I live in Kaysville UT, about 20 miles North of Salt Lake City, and I received an orange postcard in the mail:  CONGRATULATIONS! You have won a FREE GIFT! Call IMMEDIATELY to receive your gift. 1-800-728-3902 (1-800-SAVE-902). Absolutely FREE.

The reverse side shows it to be from K Designers located at 2440 Gold River Road, Suite 100  Gold River, CA 95670.  First Class US Postage Permit #1218.

Thank you all for putting up information about this company.  Fortunately, I'm not receiving calls, and I will certainly NOT be calling the number.

Have been calling 2-3 times a day for the past few weeks but was ignored.  Finally answered yesterday and told them I was too busy to talk and was laughed at then hung up on.  I can only imagine they will call back again.

received a call from them today and no one was there when I picked up. Quite annoying! I have only been on the do not call list for 3 weeks. You can file a complaint at www.donotcall.gov if you have been on the list for more than 31 days when you receive a call.

So far they have called twice in the last hour. I don't buy from telemarketers. If I want their product I will call them. Since this is on my landline I placed a fax machine on it. If I want to answer the call I will but these people get my fax. The problem is they don't learn and keep calling and getting my tone.

Forceful attitudes are required to sell windows at 7 or 8 times the actual value.  For $234 I can buy the same window that K-Designers offers for $1800 and I don't have to sit for 4 hours with a Marketing Director.

We just got one also today.2/12/10 Permit # 1218

The first thing going through my head was "scam"! Running the phone number brought me here. Having read back, I see they like to do the phone call thing. So reps better mark this well, because I won't hesitate to turn the calls in regardless if that starts. I'm forewarned and I will sue.

Wrong! You are supposed to get the list from the FTC web site, it is down loadable online. It is Your responsibility, not the phone company's or the phone owners. This is on the front page:

"Attention sellers and telemarketers: Go to https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov to subscribe to the National Do Not Call Registry."

    Use it!
