The Statute of Limitation on suing someone on an unpaid debt is four years.  That does not keep them from selling your debt to one collection agency after another.  My checks were stolen and those guys got a credit card from Comp USA.   That debt has been sold about fifteen times since 1996 when all of this happened.  I report them to the U. S. Postal Service for attempting to commit fraud through the US Mail.   They stop after that but then sell the debt to someone else.

I started getting calls from this number for about a month now. The first few times they left no message. One the third call, I spoke to a woman who asked for someone who isn't me. I told her she had the wrong number. She continued to ask if I am, or knew, so-and-so. She was VERY RUDE and I felt so HARASSED. I have gotten two more calls from them since with no answer. STOP CALLING! LOSE MY NUMBER!!!

get at least 2 phone calls every day. when i answer there is noone on the other end. when i call back i am told the calls are automated and they wont ever stop until my supposed debt is paid have requested written documentation of debt as of today i havent recieved it. contacted state dept of financial records got a consumer complaint form to submit will also send vital recovery a cease an desist letter.until they get it not much else can be done because they said they wont stop calls.

Debt collector; bottom feeders; they buy written off debt and try to harrass you. Don't talk to them and don't give them any information at all. Ignore the call.

Have received about 4 calls from this number.  Keep reporting them to the Do Not Call Registry and keep their fines adding up.

They call my cell phone which I just got asking for someone else.

Let's see how they like getting harassed!

Same as others except more persistent... on the worst day I received over TWENTY calls from them!

I have just recently started getting these calls.  The first time I picked this number up, it was a real person asking for a guy named Raul.  I said "sorry, wrong number" and I thought that was it.  I thought wrong.  They kept calling and it was a recording instead of a person.  After about the 10th time, I decided to stay on the line to see if I could speak to someone and tell them to LEAVE ME ALONE but then it just said since I stayed on the line I had confirmed I was the person named Raul!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!  Does anyone have some real advice on how to make these calls stop?!??!

This group has been harassing my house for the past year in a half. They tie up the line and answering machine with classical or jazz music and turn the phone to speaker phone and say hello , hello. This is very dangerous protocall, especially if 911 needed to dialed. They take control of the telephone. Its very creepy,and sometimes donot answer back. I am on the do not call list. They only tell me this is a business phone call for my father. When I press them for more info, they wont offer any. I have had enough of their harassment. Turning them in.
