- PAThe caller/s from this number 1-800-733-1116 is a SCAMMER AND I TOLD HER SO..... I paid on time and above the amount due. She called with a higher due amount because she says the checking account number was not entered correctly and was not recorded. If she knew the amount I paid and when I paid it, and I got a confirmation number - how did she arrive at higher amount I still am supposed to owe? From the records above, THIS IS A SCAM AND LAW ENFORCEMENT MUST PURSUE AND PROSECUTE TO PUT A STOP TO THIS..... This is associated with SEARS and CITIBANK..... SCAMMMMMMM..... CFPB must intervene, as well.....

- Consumer replies to SandraGet rid of the land line phone, I Have a samsung note 5, You can block a number and you can even set up do not disturb and only allow contacts to ring, your directly will still show who called in even if it does not ring. Most landlines do not allow call block. I had 30 calls one day and never heard one, every day I clear my directory out, now hardly do numbers even show up :)
- Marilynseveral calls a day. my acct is in good standing. i never answer

- Caller: 800-733-1116
- Nazgul replies to SandraThis is indeed a legitimate billing collection number, it seems that many people are providing false numbers when setting up billing. I had a great deal of difficulty getting to an operator but once I did they removed me from their list with no troubles. The way to get to a human is to get to the social security menu and enter 111-11-1111. This will then get you to the last four of your card. I don't have one so it took me a few tries to pick a four digit code that worked (4256) which took me right to an operator. Once I reached her it took 10 seconds and no info from me other than confirming that I am not "Arlene".
- christiI get calls from this number at least once a day on my work line. I don't know how to make them stop. I've never had a Sears card and this is a business phone number. It is automated and they always leave a message.
- Caller: Sears card
- CindyrellaThey left a partial message on my voice mail .I have an account, and it is past due. Sometimes I'll answer the call while working & I tell them to call back after a certain time so we can talk. They don't do it. I call the #'s back.... Only to get their router. I need a person!!!

- wisner replies to FrustratedHere's a suggestion, don't answer. These are scammers and crooks.
- KP| 1 replyThis number calls me EVERY SINGLE DAY. I am really annoyed that they call me when I am trying to sleep! Today they have called me 5 times, but from the reviews I am guessing some [***] put in a number that was not theirs, and it happened to be mine, or it is a scam number trying to get my information.
- Slim replies to KP>> This number calls me EVERY SINGLE DAY <<
How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker? Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
